Completely remodeled and ready to be your home base on your Arizona vacation. Designer furnishings, comfy beds, and fully stocked kitchen make for an easy and enjoyable stay. Anything you would need is walking distance with this unbeatable location right across the street from Fashion Square. Some of the Valley's top dining, shopping, and nightlife all within minutes!

The space
Completely remodeled with modern touches throughout. Open and spacious great room with couch and big screen tv. Dining seating for 4 and a stocked kitchen and coffee bar for those wanting to stay in and eat while traveling. Bedrooms are spacious and feature top of the line beds and bedding. Each bedroom has a TV and guest bedroom offers bunk beds for those traveling with larger groups. Convenient workspace for the business traveler and patio seating to enjoy the AZ weather! A Great deal of thought has went into making this a great space that is functional and comfortable.

Complex features pool area as well as BBQ and Laundry facilities. Truly unbeatable Old Town Scottsdale location. Complex sits just across the street from the Fashion Square Mall and Scottsdale Waterfront shopping districts. Close to Spring Training parks, hiking, and golf courses as well.

Guests have the entire condo to themselves. There is no shared spaces here.

Absolutely no smoking in unit. $1000 fine.

Sorry but there is no pets allowed at this complex.

There is a ring camera on front door for the safety of our guests and safety of the property. There is no cameras in home or anywhere else on premises.

Perfect location for a family with older kids

Small, but enough space to spread out for a family of 5 with older kids. Stairs would be a problem with young kids. Had everything we needed and nice heated pool just around the corner. Easy walk to downtown Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale. It was an easy 10-15 minute drive to PopStroke, Spring Training, and Medieval Times. Enjoyed our stay!

Awful experience

Arrived to horrible smell of urine, no working shower, multiple dirty areas of house, safety and privacy issues, and then a man we didn’t know entering the unit with a key. The property manager promised a refund and then went into the account and changed the nightly price from 120’s to 780. After that they stopped responding. Spent the entire vacation on the phone and email with VRBO. Had to book a hotel at a higher rate due to it being last minute. We’ve booked many properties through VRBO without ever having any issues so this nightmare was a new experience. Beware and steer clear of this property. We eventually had to dispute the charges through our credit card company. Disappointed in VRBO for their lack of response and follow through with what was obviously a property not as described.

Property Condition is not reflected in photos

We have booked many properties on VRBO and have never had an issue. This property has had cosmetic changes such as new kitchen cabinets and appears to look good in photos. In person however the overall condition of the property is poor. Unpleasant smell, the blinds are badly stained and very dirty in every room. The moldings and floors are in poor condition, the bathroom had mold and the diverter was missing on the tub so unable to use shower or bathtub as water came out of both the faucet and the shower head at the same time. The master bedroom door had a 6 inch hole in it and the blinds did not work in the master at all due to a AC exhaust vent that was installed in window. Communication with management company was poor, and kept asking us to cancel the booking after proving we could not cancel on the VRBO app. We provided photos of course as well. VRBO directed us back to management company and even VRBO tried to reach out and no one picked up from Management company. VRBO gave us a partial refund eventually but still charged fees and taxes on the entire amount. Would not recommend this property.
