Casa Cultura San Antonio Vacation Rental near Sea World~Heated Pool~Lackland

We are located in the heart of military city, San Antonio, TX off HWY 151/Military Drive (minutes from Sea World). The house is located in a small, quiet and gated community and property backs up to a green belt. We hope you enjoy the San Antonio culture while at our place. We hope our guests have a wonderful, enjoyable, experience while visiting.

In the kitchen you will find a coffee bar, please help yourself to fresh coffee beans and everything you need to make your cup of sunrise sip. We have pots and pans, silverware and plate settings for 15 people and extra dishes for your use.

Our house is a 2,772 sq ft home with 4 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. We have a dining room and loft (with a sleeper sofa).

We have a full bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs you will find a master suite with a full bathroom, shower and separate garden tub, two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Enjoy our other three themed bedrooms-Boho room (downstairs), Texas room, Out of this World room (glow in the dark stars for a an out of this world experience).

In our "Home of the Brave" loft (upstairs), you will find a mini bar with a popcorn maker, a record player with some classic vinyl, an 80 inch TV, board games, giant checkers, Pac Man arcade machine, and foosball table.

We have baby items located in the master suite closet- baby gates, foam floor mats, floor mobile, a portable crib/playpen, bouncer, changing pad and a high chair in the kitchen.

We hope you enjoy our backyard and using our heated pool (heated only Oct-May)!
*****There is no fee to use the pool if it is not heated. The pool can be heated Oct 1- May 31. Heating the pool is by request only and is an additional $20/night for each night of the entire stay (not heated if daily high is below 50 degrees). Even though the pool is heated, it will not be hot tub hot, it will heat to about 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

We have plenty of patio seating and a propane grill. Our backyard has turf landscaping and a 4 hole mini golf set up with golf clubs and golf balls.

The front/side yard and pool is professionally serviced weekly, and as needed, between the hours of usually 9am-3pm. This service and maintenance usually takes about 30 min.
**Primary renter must sign rental agreement and provide an ID within 24 hours of making reservation. There is also a $250 security deposit that will be held and released 5 days after checkout.

We do not allow pets, but don't worry, there is a PetSuites 2 miles away from the house.
Forgot something, there is a Walmart 0.5 miles away from the house.

For liability and safety reasons, there are 2 cameras in the front of the house, one by the front door and one by the garage. In the backyard we have 2, one facing the pool and one facing the patio area. Two noise monitoring devices (non audio recording), one inside the house in the loft and one in the backyard by the backdoor. No tampering with devices or you will be asked to leave the home immediately without a refund**

The PlayStation is set with parental controls-the kids profile has restriction, the adult profile does not have restrictions and has a pin to unlock. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE PIN, THERE IS A $25 FEE THAT WILL BE ASSESSED IF THE PIN IS CHANGED.

Thermostat will be set to a range between 65-75. You are able to adjust within these temperatures (thermostats must be within 2 degress of each other at all times). The a/c unit and heater work great! In the summer months, it can take a lot for an a/c unit to beat the 100+ temperatures outside. Using the ceiling fans will help circulate the air, they also work great. We also have a few stand alone fans through out the house in case you need them, you will find then in the bedroom closets.

**No smoking of any kind in the home. There is a $500 fine if there is smoking of any kind in the home. No illegal substances in or outside our home are allowed.
***This is a quiet neighborhood and we respect our neighbors.
**Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. per city ordinance. We have noise monitoring devices inside and outside the home to help monitor loud talking, music, etc. You will be contacted by the noise monitoring company/property managers and given a warning if you are too loud during the day or during quiet hours and may be asked to leave without a refund if not corrected.
**No pets allowed**
***Pool-all pool rules posted must be followed. No diving or jumping off trees or fountains. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Do not touch or handle the pool equipment (pumps, electronic devices), there will be a $250 fine if pool equipment is found to be tampered with.
