Ce condominium offre toutes les commodités pour une visite relaxante de les Smoky Mountains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés. Le maître de bain comme une étape dans la douche et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. Le bain d'hôtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notre cuisine entièrement équipée propose appareils de taille complète, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Park Place. We love the location. However until 110 is not our favorite. It is very outdated and kitchen is not stocked well.the worst part is the beds are old and hard as rocks. I felt like the couch would be more comfortable. We will always go back to Park Place. We just won't rent #110.

Great location with perfect setting

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to downtown and easy walk to great eats and sights. Balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Despite being so close to town, was very peaceful and quiet, with only the sound of the creek to help you sleep at night. Condo was a little outdated, really needs new carpet but so comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Much less than expected unit 110!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 110 was not what was expected. We have stayed in unit 108 many times in the past but were told it was not available for the dates requested. John suggested unit 110 and said it had new hardwood floors and great patio furniture. Turns out it had old carpet and horrible mattresses on the beds. You cannot enjoy your stay if you do not get a good night's sleep!!!! Turns out unit 108 had a cancellation due to a medical emergency, but we were not told of the change. The only wat we would stay again is if 108 is available, since we cannot be sure what other units would be like.

Excellent location, clean rooms, quiet but can walk to everything

Fireplace and balcony are nice and unlike some balconys, this one feels private and has excellent views of the creek. Washer and dryer in room are a plus. Was able to walk to Gatlinburg and also walk to the trailhead for hiking in the GSM park. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Good times

Good Value, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Park Place. We had plenty of space for our family of 4, beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was available (kitchen items, towels, etc.). The unit is older and could use some updates. The fluorescent light in the kitchen almost never fully turned on and made it difficult to cook. The hot water in the master bath sink was inconsistent as well. However, we always had hot showers, and the AC, wi-fi and cable were great.Driving in Gatlinburg can be a huge pain and it was so nice to be able to leave the car parked at the condo and walk into town for dinners and activities. Likewise, this was a great base for us as we explored Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The condo is very convenient to the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, Sugarlands Visitor Center (an easy 2 mile hike if you want to go carless), and the popular Laurel Falls Trail.

The location is amazing - you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg which is great because traffic is crazy and parking is expensive. The pool is nice to have as well. We would stay again!

The location is tremendous in that you are on the edge of Gatlinburg in easy walking distance to the entrance trail into to GSMNP. A nice flat river trail. At the same time, you are also in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. We like this convenience of being close to town but not too close.

Our stay at Park Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful and the rooms were nice but could use some updating and a good cleaning. To start with our jacuzzi tub didn’t work, our screen doors were off and the quest rooms socket fell out of their lamp. Also, the baseboards were very dirty, there was mold in the master shower and it took 25 minutes for the water in the bathroom sink to warm up. We were in room 110. We were there last year and I don’t remember what room but it was wonderful.

Don't waste your money

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but needs updating and some tlc. Blinds broken and fell off when tried to close them. Screen door to patio busted and off track. Door laying on patio. Showers were not cleaned and full of hair! Would not stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Perfect for our family vacation (myself, my husband, and our three girls). Loved the balcony view. Great location, easy walk to the Parkway or River Road, but far enough away to avoid crowds and noise. We would definitely stay again.
