Ce condominium offre toutes les commodités pour une visite relaxante de les Smoky Mountains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la chambre d'hÎtes dispose de deux lits doubles. Le maßtre de bain comme une étape dans la douche et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. Le bain d'hÎtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notre cuisine entiÚrement équipée propose appareils de taille complÚte, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis avec la verrerie, vaisselle, argenterie, vaisselle. Tous les draps sont fournis. Nous fournissons également un grand parking gratuit.

Overall the condo was clean & decently kept. The furniture looked decent but upon sitting on them, they were very worn out & uncomfortable. The kitchen had the basic small appliances & dishes but the utensils were in rough shape. The guest bathroom had mold on the shower curtain liner. The beds were decent & equipped with plenty of pillows. A couple extra blankets were also provided. The location was perfect! I would stay here again.

It’s conveniently located close to the trolly stop so you can ride up and down the main strip! The staff are wonderful! We ended up coming a day early and they were more than willing to accommodate us! The units are nice and clean and have everything you need! The river view was a wonderful place to relax after spending the day out! We will definitely stay here again!

What you should know about the pet friendly condos

The location overlooking the river is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The condo had a musky smell and could use a good deep cleaning. It was a pet friendly condo and that is why we stayed in that particular unit.The bed sheets looked new and as if they had never been washed so we decided to wash them and the bedspread. We removed a pillow case and it had a blood stain and yellow stain on it. We took it to the office and they said "housekeeping must have over looked it". If they put a clean pillow case on it how could they over look that! They did bring us 2 new pillows but nothing felt clean after that. The sliding doors were difficult to open and the hot tub/pool area was locked up so we couldn't use it. I understand it was too cool for the pool but the hot tub would have been nice as it was early October. Again, the office staff was great. I would definitely stay again but only in one of the units that has been remodeled.

Reviewer Comments: Park Place is in a wonderful location, easy to walk downtown to enjoy the chaos yet close enough to the National Park to be out of town in a short drive. Unfortunately since our stay last year the place has not improved, our condo was very dirty, I cleaned our kitchen, bathroom and floors before we put our belongings away. The beds, 2 full our very old and worn, we prepared for this and had brought an air mattress for our stay, but how sad is that!After some needed cleaning and rearranging of beds we did enjoy our stay.

Within walking distance to all attractions and we even saw a bear! It was very clean but was in need of some updates. One being another tv in the 2nd bedroom, two the jacuzzi tub and three the kitchen. It was a nice surprise the tv's and furniture were upgraded from the pictures. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family trip to the Smoky Mountains

This condo is pretty basic, but lots of space for our family of five. The location was so close to the entrance to the park and slightly removed from the craziness of Gatlinburg traffic. Having a kitchen and laundry is a must when traveling with three kids. Thank you for a fun time!
