Come Escape at Proposals Landescape, Neskowin's premier luxury oceanfront dwelling. A modern, stunning, 3 BR, 3 BA retreat with breathtaking panoramic views and access to the ocean and Proposal Rock. Every amenity and detail has been considered to inspire guests to create, play, relax, swim, cook, read, be still. Enjoy ocean views from the entire top floor, a gas fireplace, cozy library and heated floors. An oversized deck complete with a gas BBQ and private ocean view spa provides an oceanfront experience like no other.

The house features three bedrooms and three full baths. The primary bedroom includes ocean views, an en suite bathroom with heated floors, luxury linens and direct access to the deck and spa. A queen bed and built in captains bed can be found in the upper floor guest bedroom along with an adjacent full bath. The downstairs suite is reached via an original spiral staircase and features a king bed, private desk and a full bathroom with soaking tub and laundry. For ultimate privacy or split groups, the downstairs suite can be completely closed off and locked. A game room with space for lounging, a flat screen TV, Peloton exercise bike (bring your own shoes!), games, toys, art supplies and books completes the bottom floor - a perfect “second spot” for relaxing or a needed quiet space from the rest of the group.

The upstairs vaulted great room features ample seating including a dining table and bar seating at the generously sized island as well as a custom sectional sofa to capture all views. The adjoining, kitchen includes Bosch appliances, propane gas for cooking, a stand mixer, premium pots and pans, basic spices and baking supplies for a true chefs kitchen. Enjoy morning coffee with fresh made in either Nespresso or Keurig coffee machines.

Adjacent to the chefs kitchen, the back deck directly faces the ocean and beautiful Proposal Rock. Hawk Creek is just steps away making one of the most spectacular views you have ever seen as the creek winds into the Ocean. Off the back deck soak in the private and secluded 6-person ocean view spa. Nearby stairs with a handrail are available for guest access to the beach - just steps to sand and shell hunting. Walk down to the beach and adorable Neskowin Village and local cafes. Beach chairs, towels and toys are provided during your stay. Exit the front of the house to a small deck perfect for morning coffee, sun and watching for wildlife. It is not uncommon to see deer walking by and the occasional bunny, bird or squirrel.

For entertainment, a large SMART tv offers cable, Netflix and all the apps you could want. A Blu-ray player; and cable tv is also provided. For quieter entertainment, a modest library, plenty of board games and puzzles are available during your stay. SONOS speakers can be found throughout the home for the ultimate surround sound and Echo dots. A dedicated desk is available downstairs as well as an all-in-one printer and basic office supplies.

Original, artworks, sculptures and many custom crafted pieces make this designer home perfect for respectful guests with an appreciation for art and experience. This home is not suitable for children under the age of five, large groups, parties, weddings, commercial filming or photography/video for content shoots. Violations will be fined per rental agreement. Please message the host with any questions. The home is located in a private, gated community which keeps the beach pristine and private.

External surveillance is in use for security. No pets.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
