Le Surf View Cottage est un front de mer direct et une maison avec vue sur l'océan. Cette maison comprend six chambres et quatre salles de bain. La maison est une maison à aire ouverte avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon ouverte sur la vue et une grande pièce.
Cette maison dispose de six chambres, quatre chambres king, une chambre queen et une chambre avec un lit superposé double et un canapé-lit queen.
Il y a un grand salon avec un grand canapé sectionnel (également un canapé-lit queen), une cheminée double face et un grand UHDTV intelligent de 65 pouces.
La grande table de salle à manger peut accueillir 12 personnes et il y a une table pour enfants supplémentaire avec des sièges pour 4 enfants. Il y a des sièges au bar de la cuisine pour deux.
Chaque chambre de la maison dispose d'un nouveau Samsung Smart UHDTV, de nouveaux meubles et de draps de haute qualité.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée et équipée pour préparer des repas pour votre groupe. Il y a aussi un barbecue pour les clients.

Overall it was an ok stay, the description of check in and some of the rooms did not match what was on the VRBO site compared to the contract we received so that was a bummer! The house has a little more wear and tear than it should have in our opinion for the price we paid! Location was awesome! Neighborhood was great too! We did let the host know of all things so hopefully they will take this opportunity to fix some of the issues we ran into!

Celebration Vacation for the Bride

Absolutely gorgeous location. The house was clean and had all the amenities. It was so relaxing being in the hottub looking at the ocean and there's great views inside the house. I've never booked using VRBO, so the check-in process was a little confusing to me, but the property manager was prompt and helpful while we figured it out. I have a few minor complaints of things we noticed while staying there... the toaster works very slowly, so you must be patient for your toast. The vacuum doesnt work very well. (We just wanted to clean up before we left.) The blinds in bedroom 1 were uneven (broken) upon arrival. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 6 only had 1 remote when they're labeled 2 remotes. Lastly, the iHome speaker didnt work, but it wasn't a necessity. I just wanted to be clear about the conditions upon arrival and finding out things while we stayed. Lovely vacation home. Thank you!

Amazing location, average house

The location of this house is what makes it amazing. The house itself is fine. I would have given it a 3.5 star rating if I could. Katie was quick to answer my calls when we hadn't received the check-in email and she sent it multiple times on different servers and via text to make sure I received it. We had four children and six adults and one room was left unused so sleeping space was more than adequate. One of the two dishwashers (left) does a subpar job while the other is functional. Two cabinets and a set of drawers that are often used are held closed by rubber bands linked from one drawer/cabinet to the other. There are some electrical safety risks noted - iHome radio had exposed wiring so we unplugged it and the far right exterior window protection cover is held up by a bungee cord that appears to be connected to an electrical conduit? Also, a large chunk of siding is missing on the oceanside exterior. The blinds in the oceanside downstairs room are broken. The downstairs TV is quite finicky and slow but if you have patience, you may get to where you want to be within the hour. Recognizing that each of these things is nit picking, the house is absolutely livable and comfortable, with an amazing view and a private access coastline. To enter this side of Neskowin, you do have to have a code for the bridge, so make sure to read the documents sent to you prior to arrival. If you're coming here for a fancy house this might not be the one, otherwise it's fine!

overall good, but manager could pay some more attention to details: a broken bedroom blind; coffee filters that do not fit the coffee makers; suds in the hot tub (we didn't use it); and malfunctionig freezer drawer in main fridge.

Beautiful location, but the home was disappointing.

This home is managed by high style vacations and I am unimpressed.....beds are old and uncomfortable, linens had stains, furniture was dirty, and many things not operating correctly. NO heat or AC, and mold was present. Hhome.

Family Trip

The house is very spacious and was true to its description. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us to mive around. The proximity to the beach is excellent with easy access to the ocean.

Amazing location!

The location of the surf cottage is unbeatable. Direct access to the beach just steps from the back door. Our large family group loved this! The house all in all was just average though. There is a lot of wear and tear on the property and all throughout the house. Which was very disappointing after seeing the immaculate, but obviously outdated photos shown on the listing.

Wonderful Beach House

We had a wonderful time at this beach front property. The house was great and the location unbeatable. House was very clean and spacious, the views from the sitting room were awesome. Just open the widow and hear the ocean roar. We defintiley would stay again.

Perfect location!

House was beautiful…just like the pictures, very clean, and great beachfront location. Our whole family had a great time. The extra things like the kids table, high chair, and pull out beds were put to good use. We felt there could’ve been more beach towels and better knives but overall great home! We would stay there again.

A perfect family vacation home!

I can't recommend this home enough. The house was perfect for our large extended family (8 adults and 6 children). Each couple had their own bedroom and the children's/play room was great for all of the kids. The sand area and back patio worked really well when the kids and adults weren't on the beach playing. During our stay we had deer visit us and saw seals on the beach. It's truly a magical spot!

Great accommodations with beautiful view

We took our family and one friend (a total of 8 people) to this beachfront home in Neskowin, OR. Beautiful view, and lovely home! Beach walks, hiking, and other outdoor activities are not too far away. Plenty of room for a group to spread out in the house to relax, and a large table for meals together. There is a small store/deli up the road, or a larger grocery in Lincoln City (not too far away). Also lots of fun shops in Lincoln City, including an outlet mall. Loved it!

Come to a beautiful home on a beautiful beach!

We all (12+dogs) enjoyed ourselves and made some fun memories at this house and Neskowin beach! Two things to pass onto management, the overhead living room fan would have been wonderful and we really could have benefited from the second dishwasher. However, everything else was truly wonderful! We are looking at another home hosted by this team, since it was such an overall positive experience for the group!

Amazing family getaway

We enjoyed our time very much. An excellent neighborhood with very friendly neighbors and easy beach access. The kitchen is very functional for family dinners. It features an open concept mixed with a galley style kitchen, keeping the cooks in the conversation. Plenty of refrigeration for long stays with laundry both upstairs and down. The bedrooms are intelligently laid out with discrete bathroom access for rooms without an on suite. The property is kept in excellent condition and the house is very clean. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a large family or group of close friends.

Family reunion

Beautiful property with the most amazing beach access and views. It's located between the Ghost Forest and Proposal Rock. We all walked the beach daily, totally enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on the porch watching waves, sitting around the firepit, visiting and making s'mores. Some of my family went boogie boarding and body surfing. I recommend body suits for this as the water is cold. They had a great time. Some of us made sand castles. There is also a path to rock climb Proposal Rock. Ages of my family range from 76 to 10. All our questions, requests, and concerns were immediately addressed. Communication with Katie was exceptional. The best part of our trip was that my granddaughter got engaged at Proposal Rock.

This property is managed by a 3rd party. They made check in, check out times changes and notated it at the very bottom of the VRBO confirmation of which the original information was in large Bold Lettering, was in very small lettering that was not noticeable Deceiving The house was PERFECT for our large family. Lots of room for everyone and with 2 of every appliance it made it very convenient for cleaning up and storing food. Loved the location and the hot-tub was great. My husband loved the steam shower The bath tub plug didn’t work, so was more difficult with the little ones getting them cleaned up. Make sure you don’t forget any condiments like salt, pepper and you might bring toilet paper unless you like rough single ply. We would totally rent again 👍

Perfect location but frustrating experience

This is our second year in a row staying at this property. We absolutely loved it last year and couldn’t wait to come back. Unfortunately our experience this year was a bit of a bummer. The house was definitely not in the same shape as it was the previous year. We ran into multiple issues. First, on the VRBO website and in all of the information guides in the home, check in is supposed to be 4pm and checkout is 11am. However, we were not given the information that check in and out times were changed until we had already arrived in Neskowin. Check in was 5pm and checkout was 10am. I understand that with this size of home more time is needed to wash and prepare the place, but communication was confusing and poor. Also, the price of the home went up significantly per night which I did not feel like was reflected in the quality of the home. All of the bed sheets were stained and had pet hairs on the bedding. One of the dishwashers was out of order (which is a big deal for a group this size). An aminal must have had an accident from a previous renter in the open room above the living room because as soon as the sun would hit that room- it would smell terribly of dog urine. Multiple sinks in the bathrooms do not drain properly and there is a bowl of water for drips underneath the upstairs bathroom sink. The toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom is hanging on by a thread. We were pretty disappointed and hope things change in the near future because we would love to return.
