Admire marvelous water views from the deck, furnished with an outdoor dining area, and the living room. Hang out around the community beach firepit available (permit required) and enjoy an unforgettable outdoor moment with your friends.

This budget-friendly retreat has an open floor plan with hardwood floors that seamlessly combines the living and dining areas. The living room invites you to unwind on its large sectional sofa located right in front of a flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD player. The nearby dining table seats eight people comfortably. Separated from the main living space, the well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals for the group. Worried about packing too heavy for your trip? This condo has a private washer/dryer on-site to help you with your laundry needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
