This home was perfect for a large group - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large comfortable gathering spaces for games and conversation, and a clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The views of, and access to, a beautiful beach were unparalleled. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot - everyone was sad to leave!

We had a great stay at this property. The house is spacious with plenty of rooms and a spectacular view of the ocean, sunset and whales almost everyday. We recommend this property to all large families looking for a Oregon beach getaway.

The view from this property was fabulous though the windows could have been a little cleaner (inside and out). Spacious comfortable home and well supplied kitchen made for a delightful experience. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future.

It was a perfect home for our family of eleven. You could tell that they have,and had been working on making it great, Getting down from the home to get to the beach, was one of the areas that they were working on and we were understanding . Its not every place that has 4 refrigerators which was Awesome, PLUS having Two Dishwashers side-by-side was another great feature. Having and using house built in garages again was another nice feature. As Hosts they couldn't have better.We certainly recommend anyone who has a large group, this and the people taking care of it is a wonder place. The Hubbards

William, hosting eleven people is a real logistics puzzle, and those four refrigerators plus the side-by-side dishwashers are exactly why the space was designed with big groups in mind. The garages make coming and going that much easier for a crew that size. Large-group travelers looking for a place that genuinely fits everyone will find this one built for it.

The positives are that this home is on a great beach with amazing views. The management company was excellent.The negatives are that the home is dated and there is not a hot tub as advertised. If the owners were to update the home it would be a top tier rental.

Overall the property was just what we needed for a large family. Large kitchen and all the utensils, cookware and table settings, sleeping arrangement's, and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the week on the beach and exploring in town. Unfortunately the property has not been well kept up and we ran into some issues that regular maintenance could have been able to avoid. We enjoyed our stay, but for the money, I did not feel the price reflected the accommodations.

This was our 3rd stay at this fabulous-on-the-beach-home. Several upgrades have been made since our last stay. Location is right on the beach. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Well equipped kitchen. having 2 dishwashers was a treat. Washer and dryer easy to use. Game room and huge media room were enjoyed. Grill on the premises which we made good use of. Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space.

Great home with several different living spaces to relax in! It was perfect for our family during our mom’s celebration of life. Going to the beach was a challenge for seniors or anyone with balance and strength issues.

West coast family reunion

Our entire family met for our yearly family reunion. This house was perfect. Large enough so no one felt crowded, huge well equiped kitchen for our large meals we prepared, epic ocean views and access to the ocean out front for our cold morning plunges, beautiful sunsets. We plan on returning to this wonderful home.

Property was clean and well stocked. We went through 4 rolls of paper towels to keep the kitchen clean and tidy. So we would like to recommend dishcloths and towels. The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked! Two dishwashers, a plus. Beds were just ok and another bathroom would have been great. Some updates in the baths would recommended. Being able to park in the garages was a plus. The beach was great and tide pools at low tide were the best. The beach access was difficult. The theater room was enjoyed! Whale watching and seal watching right off the deck!!!

The home itself was very beautiful, gorgeous view! But the way the house has been maintained and the cleanliness was horrible. Our 1st night getting there everything was dirty. The beds seem to have just been remade after the last guests were there before us. Dirty bedding on all the beds, crumbs and litter around the house. Went to change the beds ourselves and the sheets in the closet were still damp. They sent in a lady to clean the next day and right after that something was wrong with the pump in the basement, called again and they had a maintenance man come to fix it, sewage water in the room and no water. We eventually got to leave the house later that evening on our 2nd day there. There was also leaking from the basement windows. And the glass tile that was inbetween regular tile had chipped in areas and our oldest daughter cut her foot. Maintenance definitely needs to be done on the home and checked with the cleaning prior to more people staying at the house.
