* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** This home comfortably sleeps four guests across two serene bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a large bed and direct patio access, while the second bedroom contains two comfortable twin beds. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for all guests.

* **Private Patio:** Your own private outdoor space includes a barbecue grill, perfect for enjoying the beautiful desert weather.

Getting Around:

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign an additional written contract, which will be sent to you before arrival. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles. This verification is managed through a secure portal called SuiteOp after your reservation is confirmed.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. Our policy is as follows:

* **100% Refund:** Cancel within 48 hours of booking.

* **50% Refund:** Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

* **No Refund:** Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
