Fabuleux Condo tranquille - Superbe vue sur la montagne!

J'accorde la priorité à un séjour agréable à mes invités!

Le condo est situé dans une communauté fermée sereine et est à l'étage supérieur de deux étages.

Il y a un grand parking, y compris un abri d'auto couvert.

L'unité elle-même est confortable, lumineuse et aérée, avec de grandes pièces. Pieds carrés: 1 175.

Récemment peint; nouveau plancher

WiFi, télévision par câble dans le salon et la chambre principale, lecteurs de CD, magnétoscopes et DVD.

Un grand balcon avec une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes donne sur la piscine. Nous fournissons un barbecue électrique (pas de charbon à nettoyer).

La deuxième chambre a un balcon séparé donnant sur les courts de tennis, également avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne.

La salle à manger a une table extensible pour les grands rassemblements.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, des fours à micro-ondes et à grille-pain, une cafetière, une bouilloire, un grille-pain, un mixeur, etc.

La chambre principale avec lit king dispose d'un grand dressing, d'une salle de bain complète et d'un meuble lavabo. Sèche-cheveux également fourni.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et sa propre salle de bain complète à proximité.

Un aerobed queen peut accueillir deux invités supplémentaires pour la nuit.

Le parcours de golf Mesquite Country Club (18 trous) se trouve de l’autre côté de la rue.

Courts de tennis sont à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. Nous fournissons deux raquettes. Nous fournissons également deux vélos de montagne à 21 vitesses.

Proche du centre-ville de Palm Springs, avec de nombreux choix de restaurants, de divertissements, de loisirs et de boutiques.

Lovely Piece of Paradise

This is a good location; very quiet, with gorgeous landscaping and views. The furniture is comfortable and the unit is well appointed. We'll be back!

great condo

Very nice condo (other than broken mirror on closet door and broken switch plate ). Best part was the accessability with the property manager who let us check in early and was available for any questions. Would def stay there again if available next year. Pickleball courts right outside the door!

Great location

Check in and communication was excellent. The unit is comfortable although a little bit dated. We found the bed in the second bedroom not very comfortable… could use a new mattress and new pillows. The location was perfect for us… close to downtown. The pool was right in our backyard and the neighbours were friendly.

Wonderful condo!!

Beautiful property in a great location (2.5 miles from DT). Immaculate with every possible amenity. Devin (property manager) is the best! Right on time, efficient and very helpful. Lovely pool and hot tub just out our porch door. Highly recommend!!!

Thoughtful Hospitality

The condo was pleasant and thoughtfully furnished on well kept grounds. The shower faucets and the patio doors required a bit of strength and ingenuity to operate, and could use updating. Everything else was top notch.

Great accommodations in Palm Springs

My mother and I had a great week at Kate's property in Palm Springs. It is well located; close to downtown and other tourist sites. There is ample parking throughout the complex. The condo has everything you need and is quite cozy and inviting. The pool and jacuzzi practically in your 'backyard' is wonderful. The property and grounds were quiet and everyone was friendly and respectful. The property manager was very welcoming upon check-in and ready to help, if needed. I'd recommend Kate's property and we would certainly stay here again.

Palm Springs birthday getaway

The property manager met us at the condo and he was great. He walked us through the condo and gave a lot of good instruction and tips for site seeing and eating out if we chose to do so. The condo was very clean but a little "tired". The owner let us know afterwards that she will be doing some painting and updates later this year. Only bad experience was that the pool was being serviced and resurfaced, which it seems no one was told would be happening, owners or residents. They began loud grinding between 7 and 7:45 AM all week. Not conducive for sleeping in each morning. There was another pool very close so it was not much of an issue. We spent the better part f our days poolside. Shopping, groceries, and entertainment was very close, but we rented a car, not really very walkable.

Kate's property is great. Convenient location, pretty setting, a super manager who is very accomodating and quick to respond to anything, everything that you might need in the unit. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place

Our first time in Palm Springs and we loved it although our stay wasn’t nearly long enough. Location was great and very comfortable accommodations. Having access to bikes and bbq was a bonus. Well stocked condo with all the necessary supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Palm Springs

Our family enjoyed our week in Kate's condo very much (which was unfortunately for us was only 5 days due to covid travel disruptions!). The unit is a little dated but is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were very comfy. The unit was across from the complex' tennis courts on one side and backed on to a pool/spa area on the other. The complex, including the pool area, was very quiet and peaceful. We found the location within Palm Springs to be quite central and it was easy to get around the region quickly from there. There were a couple of very minor housekeeping issues, which I'm sure would have been caught prior to our arrival had the property manager not been ill and unable to meet us upon checkin. Communication with Kate and also with the property manager was great. We'd stay again!

Fabulous condo in Palm Springs

We absolutely loved our week in this condo. From the location to the absolute solitude of the complex. The owner has done a fantastic job in making this condo feel like home. The hot tub was just the right prescription for sore muscles at the end of the day. We would not hesitate returning to this condo again

Kate’s condo VRBO is 5 stars. It is clean, spacious and fully equipped for either small breakfasts or family dinners. The location is quiet, with a lovely view of the mountains and the Palm trees in the foreground from the balcony, plus a lovely pool and hot tub. Recommended without any reservations.

Clean, quiet condo

This rental is accurately depicted online. The complex is very quiet and the pool was ideally located. We enjoyed the use of the 2 bikes. Nice place for a getaway.

Great location

Kate’s condo was spacious, offered two balconies, and was a great location many things around Palm Springs. Devin was a gracious property manager too. Due to the heat we didn’t partake in some amenities (bikes, swimming during the daytime) but appreciated the pool during the evenings and proximity to local restaurants, site-seeing activities, and grocery stores. It truly felt like home being able to cook & relax when not out seeing the town. Well worth the stay!

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for a family of 6. Everything that you can imagine was provided for our stay. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We really only spent 2 days out of the 9 there other than to sleep and bathe, but they had puzzles which was a great time consumer for the teens. We never made it out to the pool but it looked nice from our balcony. The only complaint I would have is that the website stated that is was for up to 6 people and once I booked it, the owner required another 300.00 for having that amount of people staying other than that everything was great! We would stay there again..

Fun in the Sun!

Loved this home! Everything was perfect and just as described. The neighbors who live in the complex where so friendly and we enjoyed making new friends. Would definitely stay again!
