Updated and highly desirable ground floor unit in beautiful Mesquite Country Club. Welcome to this stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in a prime location with a private patio. Enjoy open kitchen, dining, and living room space with privacy for the primary and guest bedrooms. Features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile floors, and more. Private patios afford mountain views and entertaining space al-fresco. Closest to a heated pool and spa!
The condo is comfortably furnished with a king sized bed in the primary bedroom, which offers an en-suite bathroom and a full sized bed in the guest bedroom, located next to the second bathroom. With a TV and work space in the master bedroom, the condo is ideal for work from home trips with the family.
The kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy delicious meals on the pool facing patio.
On the patio you will find a dining table for 4, a BBQ and private laundry. You have a view of the nearest pool which is about 10 seconds walking distance.
The gated complex offers a total of 5 pools and spas, a tennis court a pickle-ball court.
The living room has a unique arcade game machine for endless fun, a flat-screen TV with Cable TV and streaming.
You will find ample covered parking right behind the condo.

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (4 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (2 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
Pet fee: $150. This fee will be requested after booking confirmation but before check in.
