This is a beautiful property…within walking distance to restaurants and breweries. It is also very close to hiking and paddleboarding. The host had very clear and concise communication. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to stay again.

Fabulous place! Clean, cozy, and inviting. Very modern and all amenities were top notch. Loved the location - easy walk to the falls, Centennial trail, restaurants. The owners were very accommodating and communication was prompt and easy. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Very clean and very convenient!

We were in town for my teen’s training camp and needed a clean and comfortable (read AC) home-base and this was a great place - close to event venues, the swimming beach and I-90 was just a few minutes from this quiet street. Lots of thoughtful touches and a well equipped kitchen.

Great communication with the host! Got our code to enter exactly when it was supposed to be delivered. Everything about the house was nice and comfortable. We were here for a surgery so the game room was an extra big hit to keep kids occupied. While we did not go far, it is close to many things (grocery stores, restaurants and for us Northwest Specialty Hospital).Overall, great stay and would 100% stay here again!

My wife and I were looking for something quiet and centrally located in Post Falls while our daughter was visiting a local convent, and this was perfect. The check-in was seamless (as was the check-out). The house was comfortable and well-furnished. There is a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance, and we could even walk to traditional Latin Mass each day as well. For driving, it is two-minutes to the Interstate. We could not have asked for anything more.

Great welcome and had most anything that people need!Note: Tic-Tac-Toe was a hit, not one of the circles has weak stick to magnet ability and needs to be glued (was that way when we got there)! Also, one of the kitchen utensils has the wood split and needs to be fixed, again found it this way!Suggests; More comfortable beds, inside door mats, folding chairs for more seating in LR….put an L shaped island (stools very uncomfortable)!

This property was clean and comfortable for our group of four. Cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. Another comfortable chair in living room would have been nice. Listing and move in information needs updated- we were surprised the game/movie area no longer part of rental.

Post Falls Brewery, Eats on Spokane Street, and Sawmille Grille is right around the corner. Q'emlin Park is close, if you would like a protected swim area on the Spokane River.In addition, walk a couple blocks to Red Lion Hotel Templins and walk down to Marina 33. They have ice cream, beverages, wine and beer there with some picnic tables. There's also Jefe's Mexican food truck. It also has a protected swim area on the Spokane River. The marina is nice and has been upgraded. You can apply for a boat slip rental annually pending availability. The house itself, was clean, has good A/C, nice kitchen amenities with a dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and all the pots and pans you need to cook. Firm foam mattresses. Only TV is downstairs with a small couch. There's a tall dinner table with 4 stools in kitchen area. It's a place to sit, but not comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Super helpful. My teen son loved the game room. Make note - there is NO A/C in the game room/converted garage. There's fans in there, but it's hot. Upstairs bathroom is very narrow. It's tight, even to blow dry hair. But shower had good pressure and hot water. Very quiet neighborhood.
