Directly on the Beach, SAT TO SAT RENTAL . Our Unit had no damage at all from Huricane, we only have 1 parking space
Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers , noodles, floats and toys.
One of the largest condos on the beach. Balcony stretches across entire master bedroom and living room and you can see beach from master bedroom, living room. dining room and kitchen. Kitchen updated in 2021 with all new LG stove, refrig (w/icemaker), dishwasher and washer & dryer. All new mattresses. Walk in shower in master bedroom and updated 2 queen bathroom with tub/shower. New marble dining room table seats 8. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.
Condo has Heat and Air Conditioning. TRANSPORTATION: TROLLY W/ CHEAP FARE Get schedule from village , or Uber is reasonable.
A 1 mile walk to Johns Pass for restaurants, shopping, tours, sailing, parisailing, scuba diving, boat rental, and more, this family-friendly condo lets you experience it all. St. Petersburg & Clearwater close. Archibald Beach Park is within 6 minute walk with eats, drinks and ice cream with music on the beach.

beach week on Madeira Beach near Johns Pass

The best equipped kitchen Ive had in the 30 years I've been renting a beach week for the family. Construction was going on but that was to be expected. Excellent to comfort. The only improvement I would suggest is that the back porch be thoroughly cleaned. Also, the guest bedroom shower curtain needs magnets on the bottom because it sticks to you while you're showering. Close to everything...that was great. Highly recommend it.

Great location and space.

This was a great location right on the beach so close the ocean. Wonderful views. The size of the unit and the extras like canopy tent and chairs were such a nice bonus for our family of 6. Close to John's Pass.

Wonderful vacation stay

Cannot beat the location! The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice sized and perfect for our family of 7. The balcony has a priceless view and we even saw dolphins and manatees swim by. The kitchen has a great selection of necessary items, even though we decided to eat out all meals. The restaurants right across the streeth have amazing food. Having beach chairs, toys, canopy and cooler in the closet was wonderful for the kids.

Great family vacation

The condo was spacious and very well stocked with kitchen items and kid friendly furniture. Loved being right on the beach and also having a pool. Great communication with hosts too!

Best location

Check in was easy. Great accomodations right on the beach. Great neighbors. Close to restaurants and activities. Everything we needed was there. We'll be back for sure!!

Las Brisas is a great location with easy beach access. This unit is very spacious with lots of room and a nice balcony view.

Spring Break

We had a great time in Madeira Beach. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The surrounding area has lots to do within walking distance. The beach was great at well.

Location, location, locatio

Ideal location for a beach vacation, unit was clean and was as described in the listing. Short walk to the brach, bars, and restaurants. with in 1 mile of Johns pass. I recommend and would rent again

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a great location right on the beach. Sunsets were fantastic each night. It was close to groceries, bars and several restaurants. We never needed a car. The beach is beautiful. Check in was very easy and the host was friendly and their communication was excellent. We look forward to coming back here agan.

Loving Life

Condo was very convenient right on the Beach could hear the ocean every night so peaceful for sleeping close to Johns pass for Great dining and shopping beds very comfortable only issues was the patio doors were hard to open and it needed more beach chairs that sit lower to the ground other than that the condo was Perfect would defindefinitely there again

Awesome Condo!

This condo was perfect for our annual girl's trip! It was just a short trip from St Pete and Tampa airports. There were good restaurants right across the street and others within walking distance. We also walked to John's Pass everyday. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again!

Exactly what we hoped for.

We have stayed at several different locations in Las Brisas over the years. This was really nice. Well kept. We ebhoyed the nice beach chairs and extras that were provided.

Excellent Gulf front Condo

Just returned from a week long vacation in this wonderful condo. Had all the amenities of home! Very spacious condo, with the uniqueness of having 3 bedrooms. We watched the dolphins play from the balcony every morning. The host was immediate with responses when questions arose. I would recommend this condo and host in the future. We will be staying again!

Gorgeous view

You certainly can’t beat this gorgeous ocean front view from the spacious balcony! The sunsets were incredible! The condo was had a very large primary bedroom, walk through closet to the main restroom. The second bedroom had a private restroom. The furnishings were well used and eclectic but there was lots of seating and adequate kitchen facilities. We would rebook because of the central location!

Great place to stay

Room was exactly as advertised. Room had plenty of extras, canopy, beach chairs, beach toys. Great size rooms plenty of sleeping arrangements. Kitchen was stocked and bonus air fryer. No issues. Overall it is a little older and could use some cosmetic updates but nothing major. Our only complaint which absolutely no fault of the condo owner was the elevator did not work all week. Luckily this condo was on level 2 so steps was not terrible. Hope to be back.

Beautiful view from balcony

Very clean and well stocked. View from balcony gorgeous with the 3 palm trees in front of balcony. Chairs on balcony were very uncomfortable. Unit could have an extra 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Madeira Beach 2023

Enjoyed the 3 bdrm 2bath condo on the beach. The pool was convenient, clean and not over crowded. Had shade and sun during most of the day at the pool. Easy parking on ground level. We kept most beach supplies in the Minivan because it was parked 20 feet from the beach. Several restaurants, bars and groceries within walking distance. 3rd floor condo could take the stairs or wait for the elevator.

Great place and Great low Floor

Sliding door very hard to open. I could not open without help especially from outside. The men could but still very hard....But definitely would like to maybe stay again, especially if can get the slide door fixed. Thanks for sharing it with us. One question, do you own another 3 bedroom there at the Las Brisas? Because we may need 2 if we come again. Thanks

Very nice

We loved our stay with this condo, very clean and updated and everything you needed was available for our stay. 5 star for that. Just that the palm trees obstruct the ocean view so we need to move to the side of the balcony to enjoy, also we noticed cockroaches in the condo which concerned us. We had them in the washrooms in some rooms and kitchen area. We were careful to keep our luggages closed at all times.

Terrific condo.

A wonderful place for a family vacation! The condo was just as described and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The biggest bonus was the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys already there and waiting. No need to pack it all and haul it along. Condo owners are very easy to communicate with and responsive to messages. The location can't be beat. The beach is literally right out the door with no obstructions. There are great places to eat within walking distance and lots of water recreation within minutes. We are a family of 6 and were comfortable with beds for everyone. I highly recommend this rental.

Great location on the beach

My family and I enjoyed the last week at the condo. It was nice to celebrate Christmas at the beach with my mother and my children instead of snowy Pennsylvania. Plenty of sand and pool toys for the kids, though we didn’t really need them. It was nice having beach towels there for use. The house could really use a good cleaning. It looked overall clean but there was a lot of crud between the bathroom vanities. We needed to move the nightstands out a little to get to the plug to charge phones and there was a good bit of crumbs and dirt on the floor. Same with under the recliners. I had my 11 month old crawling around and dropping her binky and that really the only reason we noticed most of it. Overall it’s a spectacular condo. The location is absolutely perfect. The owners are super nice and quick to respond. Make sure you take things like toilet paper and paper towels as there was no extra. It was nice being able to do the laundry right in the condo, especially with kids. They had a booster seat there which was a pleasant surprise and made feeding the baby a lot easier. Plenty of pots and pans to cook for the family. I would definitely love to stay there again and hope to in the future.

We^ve been vacationing in Florida for most of our lives. Started out on th East coast. Once we went to the West coast , we liked tthe warm gulf water and less hiigh rises. After several vacatiions up and down this coast, we decided that Madeira beaches were our first choice. We then purchased in 1994. We now make this condo our winter home, now that we are retired. LOVING IT.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

One of the largest condos on the beach, 1500 sq, ft.
We keep the condo furnished and clean as our home. We spend at least 2 to 3 months here out of the year.
Use all of our own quality towels and linens .
We have private cleaners and condo is deep cleaned every year when we are here. Try to leave everything we need for our family and friends for you to enjoy. We want you to enjoy our condo as much as we do.
