Notre «Big Blue Catalina Maison ', comme nous aimons à l'appeler, est un endroit idéal pour amener votre famille et vos amis. Que ce soit juste pour un week-end ou une semaine, nous savons que vous ne vous ennuierez pas ou le manque de choses à faire ou à voir. Il est idéal pour des rencontres de GET famille. comme bithdays, occasions spéciales, mariages, Thanksgiving, Nouvel An ou pour simplement faire loin de la bousculade et de l'agitation de la vie urbaine. 'The Big Blue House', est parfait et est combiné avec, Paradise Island, et son seulement une heure ou monter de la terre ferme. Nous sommes tombés en amour avec Catalina, en raison de sa allongea le style de vie et revenir souvent et nous sommes sûr que vous aussi. Changement de taux janvier 01 2018 nouveau taux ci-dessous.
DU 1er JUIN au 8 SEPTEMBRE 2015 et tous les jours fériés 485 $ par nuit, MINIMUM DE 5 NUITS + 12. 5% et 135 $ pour le nettoyage.

Avalon, first time

Good sized house in the center of Avalon. We enjoyed our stay immensely Walking distance from the beach and from a large supermarket. Good restaurants nearby.

Board of Directors Retreat

My board of directors has an annual retreat and we chose Avalon for our destination this year. The Big Blue House was even better than the photos depicted. You can’t get a better location. Everything you want to see and do it steps away. I want to go back and bring my family. I will for sure be back. Thanks for the hospitality.

Everything about this stay was perfection. Check-in process was hassle free, house was big, clean, well maintained, and in a great location with easy access to DBC and local restaurants. 10/10 recommend for a fun weekend stay.

Lovely House in Perfect Location

I stayed here for a long weekend with 4 friends and can't recommend it enough. The house is lovely and had everything we needed, and the location could not be more ideal. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Our stay at the Big Blue House

We are repeat visitors of this house. We absolutely loved our stay and the house was great! I highly recommend it and plan to return. The house had everything we needed and was in a perfect location.

Relaxing and Wonderful

Lovely house with the beach just a short walk away. It was awesome. The full kitchen allowed us to enjoy a home-cooked meal together one night, which was really special. Would definitely come again!

Great location

There were 10 of us here for the Catalina Island Marathon. The location was incredible, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. One tiny quibble - one of the beds was a fold down outdoor sofa on what is essentially a front porch. You won’t have an issue with this unless you plan on using every bed. We had a lovely stay. Great value.

Perfect spot

My fantasy football league had our draft in Avalon and many of us stayed here. It was a prefect setup. Close enough to walk everywhere, but different than some of the hotels that have clubs nearby or on the premises where you can't control the noise. Going to stay again.

Excellent location!

The Big Blue House is only a short couple blocks from town and the port. It’s the perfect location! We were a party of six adults, and had plenty of room. I would suggest bringing beach towels, as they aren’t provided. There are plenty of beach chairs. Check-in was a breeze.

so fun!!!

Had a great week with family at this house. We have stayed in may places over the years in Catalina and this is by far the best location yet. My grandmother is 90 and it is very easy for her to walk around from this location. Streets are flat and you are close to EVERYTHING! Big enough table to have family dinners everynight. It's a magical island and great for kids. House is stocked with evert Hong you need to make a great vacation . Can't wait to go back in July!

Great location and amenities

Great place to stay near the action in Avalon. Description was accurate and home was a quick walk from the pier. It had enough kitchen items to cook; towels, beach chairs, a large beach cart-many items in the picture as shown. It looked clean, but my boys were running around barefoot and they had dirt all over their feet. Also, the home is so close to the action that you will hear people and golf carts at night. I would stay here again, but request a better floor cleaning.

Big Blue Paradise

The Big Blue House was simply amazing!!! Big thanks to Allison, she went above and beyond to make sure My family & I had a great time, The Big Blue House has everything you need, and want!! The home is clean, spacious and literally right near the main attractions. It's only a short 4/5 min walk from the Port!! Mamma Mia Paradise

We stayed here for a cute bachelorette weekend for my little sister! The theme was Mamma Mia and this Blue House was everything and absolutely right on brand with the theme! Beds were comfortable and we loved the window that opened fully in the front of the house for an adorable photo op! The house was walking distance from everything and there was no need for a taxi once arriving and departing from the island to the ferry. There was a small mishap with a toilet that was leaking but I called Allison (Island host) and she contacted a plumber right away and it was fixed in less than 30 mins! The only suggestion I would give is the floors could use a bit of a deep cleaning and a good mop. They were clean to the naked eye but made our feet dirty if we walked around barefoot for a while. Honestly, overall a great stay and experience! We will definitely visit again soon and would love to stay here again!

My wife Debbi and I are property managers and we both own & manage 4 other San Diego vacation beach rentals along with other rental properties both commercial and residential. We both love to travel trying different place's around the world. We take great pride in all our properties and love to get reviews and feedback from all our guest to enable us to improve.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location, location, location. Built in1929 and still retains much of it's old charm and is just a great house to bring family and friends, plenty room and great for kids. Traditionally we spend Thanksgiving with family and now grandchildren. We both love going to Catalina to relax and enjoy all the things the Island has to offer and because of it's great location, we can walk everywhere.

'Location!', It's only a block from the town and walking distance to any and all you want to see and do. The house was built in 1929 and is cozy with new and old features that gives it the feel of Old Catalina. One really unique feature that everyone loves is the big sliding window in the sun room. It's a great place to relax as the sun sets and have your favorite drink of choice.
