*The one TV in the house is on a rolling TV stand to take into any room. Not to be taken outside.

huge island, coffee bar, instant filtered hot water dispenser faucet.

2. Comfortable Living room with ample seating and inviting gas fireplace.

3. The cozy table nook in the living room is a great place to work on your computer, play

games, or enjoy morning breakfast or a coffee break for two.

4. Dining area has seating for 6-8.

5. Living Room game cabinet has many games for unplugged family fun.

Both available to use from 8:00 AM-11:00 PM only (when not in cleaning mode)

Getting Around:

You will need a car to get around. If renting, I recommend checking into Turo (private party car rentals). Uber and Lyft are always readily available too.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport – 32 minutes/27 miles

Stadiums – only around 30 minutes to every stadium in the greater Phoenix area

Local Shopping – grocery, dining, banking, clothes, etc. - 6 minutes/3 miles

Nearest Gas station – Circle K - 5 minutes/2 miles

Nearest Hospital – Mayo Clinic - 18 minutes/11 miles

Things to note:

Everything is accessible except for 1 locked supply closet.

Our daughter and son-in-law live on property in the casita. Just as they value their privacy, you will have complete privacy separated by a block wall just like a next-door neighbor. That being said, they are nearby and happy to help if you should need assistance with anything in the home.

Reservation requirement:

**Important:**
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Separate from the price breakdown, you will be sent in your reservation confirmation message, the choice between paying a $500 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable $35 damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Travel Insurance Recommendation:

Since life can throw you curveballs, we recommend getting travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes that might fall outside our cancellation policy.
