- When you book your reservation you will receive a dedicated guest concierge who will be happy to assist you prior to your arrival. During your stay, your guest concierge will be available during business hours to help assist with any questions or issues that may arise.
- Prior to your arrival, the home will be put through a 100 point inspection checklist to ensure everything is in immaculate condition. The home is meticulously maintained and furnished throughout with high-quality furnishings. Every detail of the home and outdoor area has been planned with your comfort in mind.

Early check -in or late check- out is based on availability with an extra fee associated.
For early check-in or after check-out We offer AZRH lounge:
Lounge bag drop off only is $10 a bag
Lounge is $35 to hang out, drop bags of, have coffee, play pool, work, use of unlimited WIFI, watch TVs throughout and more
Lounge is $60 for all above with chef made food

-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

Guests must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or `service pets are allowed`

-Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate.
The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during the winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons, To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.
