This house was great for hosting a girls trip for my sister’s bachelorette party. They were very accommodating and everyone had a place to stay. I would recommend to add curtains to bathroom windows.

Beautiful modern home so close to 6th Street

A group of 13 stayed here for Halloween weekend and had an amazing time! It was even better than the pictures and we loved the extras like the covered patio/bar area and the backyard games. Was a perfect weekend in Austin and would definitely rent again !

The house was as described in the listing. The host did a great job in communication with us prior to our arrival and during our stay. We had a few minor issues with the property that we brought to the hosts attention after our departure, but nothing that took away from our stay enough that it's worth mentioning in the review. The neighborhood around this house had some interesting dynamics to it. There is an HEB and food truck park that are walkable, but there were also quite a few homeless people around the corner from the home which made walking at certain times of the day/evening feel unsafe. We never felt unsafe in the home, but it's not somewhere we'd want our kids walking around by themselves either.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us Scott! We’re glad to hear the home matched the listing description and that our team’s communication helped make your stay smooth and enjoyable. We also appreciate you bringing the minor property concerns to our attention after your departure so we can continue improving the guest experience. Regarding the neighborhood, we understand and appreciate your honest perspective. Being located near convenient spots like HEB and local food trucks is something many guests enjoy, though urban areas can sometimes have varying activity levels throughout the day. We’re happy to hear you still felt safe and comfortable within the property during your stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!
