At Summer Rayne, we offer more than just a place to stay; we provide an unforgettable experience. Situated on the north end of Cocoa Beach, just steps away from the Cocoa Beach Pier, our property is nestled in a wonderful neighborhood. There are no busy roads to cross—simply take a short, easy walk to the beach.

A Vibrant and Inviting Space
We transformed the property into the perfect beach destination, painting the house a vibrant electric orange and creating a distinctive ocean-themed driveway. You will never forget which house is yours! For added privacy, we fenced in the backyard.

Artistic Touches and Unique Features
To enhance the space, we enlisted a talented local muralist who painted a cosmic ceiling in the space room, brought colorful life to the driveway, and decorated the pool fence with giant turtles, sharks, and dolphins—making it feel as though you are swimming in an aquarium.

Comfort and Style Throughout
Major updates brought a homey, beachy vibe to every corner of the house. Themed bedrooms and custom-made couches maintain a welcoming, open-concept design. We also added an outdoor cedar bathroom, complete with a full shower (both hot and cold), vanity, and toilet—perfect for use right on the deck.

Laura was incredibly easy to communicate with. She was available before and during our stay, gave me lots of recommendations for local places and was able to answer my questions quickly. The house was bright, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was warm, showers were clean with hot water. Everything was very clean. She even left us a welcome basket and note. The little touches made a big difference.

Pre- cruise stay

We stayed for two nights before our cruise. The house was so amazing that we joked we might’ve rather stayed there for a week and skipped the cruise.

Absolutely magical stay and the perfect pre-cruise home base!From the moment we opened the door, we were smiling. Every inch of this home is thoughtfully designed, beautifully themed, and stocked with literally anything you could need. You can truly feel the care and intention the owners put into creating an experience, not just a rental.The house was spotless and impeccably maintained. The kitchen was a dream—fully equipped, kid-friendly, and complete with an adorable coffee/tea bar that made mornings special.Our kids LOVED the heated saltwater pool and game room (we swam every day!), and the space-themed bedroom was a huge hit. The cosmic ceiling at night was magical, and they slept better than at home!The location is unbeatable: a short walk to the beach, about 10 minutes to Port Canaveral cruise parking, and super close to Kennedy Space Center (which honestly needs two full days to explore). After long days out, coming back to this peaceful, fun, comfortable home was perfect.Beach gear, pool towels, games, cooking tools—everything was right at arm’s reach. It felt like staying in the home of an incredibly thoughtful friend.One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, creative, family-friendly, and perfectly located. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach or cruising from Port Canaveral!

Awesome beach house!

Our family stayed with my sister’s family for 3 nights of our spring break. This house was awesome!Only a few minutes walk to the beach. They have a wagon with chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. This area of the beach was quiet, clean, and wonderful. The house is very clean and in great condition. The backyard and pool were the perfect way to spend the afternoon/evening. There are restaurants within walking distance. We loved everything about this place and wouldHighly recommend!

GREAT ESCAPE

THE OWNERS LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED. THE POOL WAS GREAT AND THE BEACH WAS BEAUTIFUL. HAD ALL FLOATS TOWELS TOYS FOR THE POOL AND EVEN HAD A CART FOR SAND TO CARRY TO THE OCEAN PLUS THE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS. HOUSE WAS JUST AS GREAT AND ALL BASES COVERED. VERY STOCKED HOME. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS RENTAL. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS JUST THE BEST.

Fantastic stay at Summer Rayne

The property owners thought of every detail a family (ours with a 2 yr old) could need. The colorful and playful home was well thought out. We really appreciated the safety of the pool with the safety panels. A very short walk to the beach. Located close to restaurants, shops and kid activities. The only negative is we didn’t stay long enough! Don’t hesitate to stay here, so much fun…

Incredible Property!

The photos in this property listing looked amazing. It's hard to believe but it's even better than the pics. The exterior is bright & cheery. The interior is beautifully decorated, spotless, spacious & comfy. We were a full house ... me & hubby, our 3 sons & DILs and one infant. We've rented many Vrbo's but never one so well stocked, and not just with the basics that one would expect. We never ran out cups, plates or utensils. There was a full set of spices, enough K cups for our entire stay, creamer, sugars. We were gifted with a snack tower. The bathrooms had EVERY toiletry you could need, even razors, toothbrushes, shaving cream, Q-tips and more. We use a LOT of towels between showering & water activities. Never ran out. I should mention that all of the amenities I'm mentioning were not your usual second hand, well used mismatched items but EVERYTHING was in fabulous condition. Plenty of paper products. The beds were super comfy, good pillows. The hosts provided a room divider for the downstairs guests when I mentioned my concern about no door for that couple. The communication was complete & timely. I know this is a long review but even so, it would take me a lot longer to do justice to our experience. The pool was SO much fun! Tons of games. We are Florida residents & we live close to the beach. We were having so much fun with the pool, we never made it to the beach except to watch a sunrise & a storm but there was every beach need you could imagine. We'll be back!
