Cottage en bord de mer récemment rénové. Est de l'A1A à distance de marche de la plage, à environ 3 minutes à pied. Magnifiquement décoré avec tous les nouveaux meubles et équipements. Trois chambres; un lit king, deux reines et un canapé-lit (mousse à mémoire de forme queen). Deux salles de bain complètes. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre, WIFI haut débit et Amazon Alexa. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse dans la buanderie.
Piscine chauffée 32 x 18, patios, chaises longues, nombreux sièges à l'extérieur. Cour tropicale, arbres fruitiers, jardins d'herbes et beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir.
Moins de 1000 pieds de plage située à Avon par la mer, entre Cocoa Beach et Cap Canaveral. À distance de marche des divertissements et des restaurants. Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Spot

The property was absolutely beautiful with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind.

Good times

Very tidy home, nice mix of a older design with a modern twist, with a very nice heated pool and beautiful garden. Clean and cozy, close to tons of stuff to do in walking distance. Beautiful beach, block away, got to watch actual rocket lunch from the shore, and successful landing as well (space x)All together highly recomend!!

Excellent beach home

The home and location are perfect for a vacation in Cocoa Beach all amenities are nearby and the beach is at the end of the street. We really enjoyed the heated pool. One small housekeeping issue when we arrived which was resolved very quickly, by wonderful communication with the owner and a response crew that were instantly available. I recommended this place.

Property was just as described and very comfortable. The pool was immaculate and landscaping around pool was lovely. The entire yard was very well done.

Simply wonderful!

Blue Palm Cottage really is one of the nicest holiday homes we've stayed in - as a family, we just fell in love with it. We especially loved the garden with its lush planting and great pool heated to a perfect temperature. The house is just as advertised, very comfortable, very clean and super well equipped. The beach is literally at the end of the street - perfect - whilst everything you need - shops, amenities and attractions - are within a few minutes car ride. Check in is easy and great communication from Dee the host. We were thrilled to watch a rocket launch from the front garden early one morning which lit up the sky like it was dawn. We are a family of five from England: we had eight days of beautiful weather and honestly, I wish we'd booked another week. We arrived home to the faintly damp, battleship-grey skies of Britain... but Blue Palm got under our skin and we hope to return before too long.

Awesome again!

2nd time staying here. Everything was great...the pool and backyard are a private oasis. The short walk to the beautiful beach is an added bonus. Great neighborhood...alot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Cant wait to come back again!

Couldn't be better

My family and I could not have been happier with our stay at Blue Palm. From start to finish, everything was as expected or better - great communication with Dee Dee; easy check-in; well-stocked home; and the best backyard and pool. I was thrilled that the pool had a very shallow area that was perfect for my granddaughter, and there was a good assortment of floats and chairs. The outside table was perfect for pizza (I highly recommend Papa Vito's around the corner). I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's, as my daughter lives in the area. This was by far my favorite, and we look forward to returning.

The property and house were beautiful! Exactly like the pictures, and the living space was actually larger than what I was expecting. Proximity to the beach was great! The host was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond. I would highly recommend this property!

Most Relaxing Trip I’ve Taken

This property and this trip were amazing! The backyard is a tropical oasis! We lived in and around the pool. It was perfect for my kids and for my dog. The house was comfortable and clean. The owners provide everything you need and are super responsive if you have any questions. The beach is less than 5 minutes from the house. There are great restaurants and activities very close by to the house, including the Kennedy Space Center. Because of that, we even got to see a rocket launch from the front yard. I can’t recommend this property enough and can’t wait to go back!

The most relaxing place we've ever stayed, and beautiful!

Blue Palm Cottage is clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything in Cocoa Beach. Check in was super easy, the host also took the time answer our questions before we arrived, a very nice person! We spent a lot of time in the wonderfully heated pool, and the host has provided lots of seating options, umbrellas, an outdoor shower and many pool toys for us to enjoy ourselves. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor fireplace, but it looked great! We loved walking to the beach (saw a rocket launch while we were there!), and again the host very thoughtfully provided everything we needed - beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, etc. even a beach wagon to carry it all! Getting to the beach is easy, just a short walk down the street and we were there! Neighborhood is very quiet; we got the best sleep of our lives on our ver comfy bed while we were there. The cottage decor was beautiful and the air conditioning was great on the hot days. It was just the two of us, but Blue Palm Cottage can easily accommodate dining and sleeping for 6 people very comfortably! We also appreciated having a washer/dryer and dishwasher on the premises, and wow, is the kitchen well stocked! We only had breakfasts there,but you could easily do a lot of cooking and serving of meals there with all the pots and pans and serving dishes and all the basic spices and then some. We are definitely coming back, we loved everything about this place.

Private, tropical oasis

We loved this home with its beachy decor, beautiful outdoor living space with a pool in the private backyard and just a block from Cocoa Beach! We would definitely give this property a 5 star rating!

Hidden Gem

This was a beautiful property! Clean, well laid out, and tons of activities in the area. There was so much to do within walking distance. SpaceX rocket launches were visible from the yard. Great neighborhood and quiet neighbors. Family loved every minute there.

We really enjoyed another stay at Blue Palm. The pool and proximity to the beach are fantastic. Dee Dee is a very responsive host. Lots of good local restaurants too!
