SituĂ©e dans une rue sans issue rĂ©sidentielle tranquille au cƓur de Cocoa Beach, cette maison dĂ©corĂ©e sur mesure est conçue et Ă©quipĂ©e pour une grande escapade. Profitez de la plage Ă  quelques minutes de marche, faites une balade Ă  vĂ©lo, prenez les kayaks pour observer les dauphins dans la riviĂšre Banana ou dĂ©tendez-vous dans la piscine chauffĂ©e.

La maison est dans un excellent emplacement, Ă  2-1 / 2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage et Ă  seulement 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons de la rampe de mise Ă  l'eau de Banana River, oĂč vous pourrez faire du kayak Ă  travers des canaux entre de minuscules Ăźles regorgeant d'animaux sauvages. Loved the pool

We had a wonderful time at the house, the bedrooms were clean and spacious, great Laundry room, with laundry soap, coffee pot, games, beach chairs, with the bird cage over the pool, it was great for swimming day and night, pool temp was about 89 degrees, just perfect temperature, definitely would stay there again, there were 8 of us,

Great host

We had a great stay and appreciated the clear communication from our host. The pool was great, comfortable beds, and nice quiet neighborhood. Access to the beach is nearby. A couple of adults in our party walked to the beach as the parking lot was full, but it could get too far for young kids or carrying too many items.

Perfect Post Cruise Relaxation

Could not believe how well everything was set up and provided for us during our stay. The house was so roomy for 7 people.. we loved the pool for relaxing and swimming, the kayaks were fantastic! We were able to see manatees 2 days in a row! That was a dream come true! Puzzles were fun, ping pong table, and all the pool toys! Perfect perfect perfect! Plus the box fans were an added bonus to each room

Excellent stay

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and well furnished home. Teresa was a great host and kept us informed about interesting things going on during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool was a great addition and everyone loved it.

Great vacation!

We had never been to Cocoa Beach so enjoyed the proximity to the pier, Ron Jon's Surf Shop and, about an hour away, the amazing Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. Beautiful yard and pool area. Nice layout with master bedroom on one side of house, and other three bedrooms and a bath on opposite side. Closest beach was not an easy walk for us more mature adults! But an easy drive. Lovely experience all around.

Perfection

Absolutely wonderful. House was perfect for our family - exactly as described and even better in person. Couldn't be happier with the beautifully decorated and bright house, host Teresa or the location. Great thought and detail went into providing everything you may need. Just grab your food and you're good to go! The pool also is wonderful and again, everything provided. A very short walk to the beach rounded out this awesome stay. Only complaint is our stay wasn't long enough and we didn't want to leave!

This was the perfect getaway home for our large family.

The house is absolutely amazing! It is a warm, spacious, comfortable, relaxing, clean and beautifully decorated home. Teresa has provided everything that you need for a wonderful family vacation. The children played for hours in the heated pool, rode bikes, played ping pong and catch in the large yard. It is minutes to walk to the beach, to get ice cream, food or to go to the gym. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Teresa is a lovely hostess and is a delight to work with.

Great Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool and had a fun family cookout on the grill. The house is well stocked with some of the essentials for things like washing laundry and dishes, cooking supplies, etc. so we only had to focus on buying our food for the week. The owner is very communicative and even kept us updated on the rocket launches which we could spot and hear from the house. The location was great and nearby to the beach and kayaking. Restaurants are all within a short 5 minute drive or so and there is an ice cream shop that you can walk to at the front of the neighborhood. Overall a great property for family vacation!

Five star stay

The property was exactly as pictured and immaculately cleaned. Our family consisted of a teen, young adult, tweens, adults, and a young child. Everyone enjoyed themselves. There were books, puzzles, and games for us to entertain ourselves when we were not in the pool or at the beach. The house has pretty much everything you’d need to go to the beach. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Teresa was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great stay! LOVED the pool

We stayed for four nights and overall it was a wonderful stay. Teresa was great to communicate with and we greatly appreciated the late check-out. The pool was so nice to have. It's super close to the beach and we walked to the local ice cream shop. In terms of cleanliness, the dishes in the cupboard had dust in them - I think from not being used often, but just something to be aware of, and the beach chairs/toys could use some updating. I realize from the salt they get worn out but the chairs and umbrellas wouldn't even open because of so much rust. Every place is going to have a couple of minor things, they by no means ruined our stay or anything. Our 3-year-old has asked a couple of times to go back to our "new house in Florida" haha. Overall I recommend it!

Spacious and comfortable

My overall impression of this place is the neighborhood was great and the home was well laid out to give us the space that we needed. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we had bad weather and didn’t get to the beach at all, which was one of the primary purposes of choosing this place.That being said, we used the home a lot. We didn’t really feel it was thoroughly clean, some dishes not clean and the musty smell when walking in. There wasn’t enough silverware for even just four of us. The barstools in the unit were thrashed and left a poor first impression. We didn’t like that we were asked to take out the trash cans, feeling that that was not our responsibility. The safety of this house lacks for seniors 
.there’s a sunken living room, which maybe the steps down could be marked in someway ? maybe the bathtub could have handles? These are details that maybe we should’ve checked out before renting.Check-in was great. Information was great. The host was responsive. The pool and yard were beautiful. Since we spent so much time inside, a couple individual chairs and lamps to just sit and read or relax, would’ve been awesome.!

My husband our 2 sons, their wives, my granddaughter and 2 friends had a wonderful time. Roomy house filled with everything we needed and then some. The pool was an A hit after a rainy day was warm and inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic! We had a family of 4 and a family of 5, with young kids ranging 1-6. The pool was a huge hit and perfect for the older kids to enjoy while the babies were napping. Teresa was quick to respond to any questions and made the entire stay extremely easy. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back again.

Our home away from home

This is truly our home away from home. We always have a blast. The pool is a HUGE hit with everyone. The house is tastefully decorated, has everything we needed and is really peaceful. We absolutely love going there! The beach is only 2 minutes out by car and you can park there for free. We really hope to be back someday soon!

Just as advertised!

Had a family of 9 with 3 kids from 4-12. House was nice, clean, had ample towels, bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. Pool was great for kids before and after beach. Short walk to beach, but there is a public park directly across the street with plenty of parking and a nice restroom facility. We drove there in 2 minutes. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Highly recommend

Cocoa Beach getaway

Our stay was perfect! The house was beautiful, in a great location, and our host was extremely helpful. The house comes stocked with beach toys, chairs, and anything you need for a fun day in the sun. It made our stay that much better because we didn’t need to worry about purchasing these items on our trip and ultimately leaving them behind. I would gladly stay here again in the future!

My husband and I grew up in the Seattle, WA area and through our careers moved to Florida 13 years ago. We absolutely love it here in the Cocoa/Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. Our 2 young adult children and my parents live in the area as well. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our family. We also have a passion to renovate and decorate homes and have done several properties. It just seemed a natural fit to combine our love of travel with renovating a home that we could share with others as a vacation rental.

I live just 20 minutes away and available at all times for any questions, concerns, or needs throughout your stay. As your host, my goal is to make sure you have a wonderful vacation experience at our beach home.

We were looking for a 2nd house for family and friends and fell in love with the "beachy" feel of this classic beach house and the POOL! It was so tastefully decorated and furnished that we purchased the furnishings and decor when we bought the house.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There are many features to appreciate in our beach house. Starting with the unique beach decor, you will find many art pieces by local artisans including hand carved and painted tables and chairs and many one of a kind sculptures and paintings on the walls. We have many great amenities such as kayaks, bicycles, ping pong table, corn hole game, games and puzzles for all ages. We think the best of all is the amazing pool with the large paver patio. The large yard is private and beautifully landscaped.
