Great stay

The house was great! Lots of the essential items were already there which was helpful. The only thing i would complain about is that the beds were hard..other than that the stay was great!

Great home away from home!

We has a wonderful time! Plenty of room and the pool was a great plus! Had everything we need for a comfortable stay. We definitely book here again if we are in the area.

Very Nice Home

Home was very nice, clean and had everything that was need for 2 day stay. Nice pool, although was unable to use it due to weather being a little cool.Overall great place to stay.

Fantastic stay!

The best kind of vacation is when you feel like you are home, but in a beautiful and warm place. We loved the coziness, the backyard and pool and the short drive to the beaches! We can’t wait to stay again.

The house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay except we weren’t able to use the pool because it was not heated and temperatures were low.

Family fun in the sun

We had a great time overall staying at this Merritt Island home. There were a few opportunities that could be improved on, but overall we had a great time. The listing said the pool guy comes on Wednesday, and that was great because we were leaving Wednesday morning. When the guy showed up on Tuesday, we were a bit surprised. He said he always comes Tuesday. So there was a lapse in communication there. Also, the shower in the hallway bathroom could use a new shower head/faucet. When turning on the shower, water still comes out of the faucet, and created very little shower pressure. We enjoyed the pool, but were bummed when we were made to get out because of the pool guy. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. It’s worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Wonderful house

Fantastic home, with a property manager who was incredibly responsive. The pool was wonderful! Close location to cocoa beach, and amenities. I would say that the neighborhood was fair to good, with no real issues.

This is a great property in a great location. This home is beautiful on the inside with beautiful finishes! The pool and patio furniture were amazing as well! We’d definitely stay here again and is on our list to visit again! Thank you for thinking of everything in order for your guests to have a great stay!

Excellent private home!

This is a beautiful, clean, private home. The pool is fantastic and the gigantic TV is perfect when the weather is not cooperating. Very close to everything yet your own private getaway. Highly recommended!

Family get away

Beautiful home and pool , never felt so comfortable with booking or staying . The manager Cindy ( the manager was the absolute best, she always answers the phone and answered all my questions and just made me really feel comfortable with this place ! Home was Very clean and stocked with everything you would need !

Better than advertised

The property was amazing and delivered above and beyond. It worked as a great home base for visiting Kennedy Space Center, we even got to see a launch. Close to nearly everything, but not in a super busy area. The neighborhood was quite, safe, and easy to navigate. The pool was a hit and tons of extra amenities. Tons of space, you have everything you need, what a great place to stay. We WILL be staying again when we travel down next. This is one of the best rentals we have had!

Relaxing Vacation

What a great place to spend a week away from the cold North. Close enough to the beach to get there in 10 minutes and far enough away to avoid the spring break crowds. The Costal Cottage had everything you would want in a place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool was terrific and very refreshing. The grocery store was close by and the grill at the house was excellent for some steaks and burgers. I would recommend this place to everybody. We will come back again in the future.

A truly lovely place

This home was great! Everything is like new, sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed. Lots of comfortable seating, a good sized dining table for sharing meals or games, and a nicely equipped kitchen. The screened in porch is wonderful (more comfortable furniture) and the pool area is beautiful. It was too cool for us to use the pool, but it is still a great place to gather and the lights at night are beautiful. Communication with hosts was easy and pleasant, and we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again! Highly recommended.

Loved our stay!

Really enjoyed this rental! Everything we could think of was included and the screened in porch with the view of the pool was great. Had morning coffee every morning while watching my kids play in the pool. Beds were comfortable and showers were soothing. All was clean and well kept. Beaches were short drives away. We really enjoyed our stay - so much so that we were going to add 2 more days to our trip while there but unfortunately the dates were booked right after us for someone else to enjoy. That’s how amazing it was. If we visit again we'll definitely book this home.

Terrific House in Sweet Neighborhood, Minutes from All!

What a terrific home! It's bigger than it appears, and a wonderful layout that made it incredibly comfortable for our weekend stay. The (3) bedrooms are off to the left, while the kitchen and large family room to the right. (4) of us stayed for the weekend, and it was just the perfect amount of space. The enclosed porch outside provided a terrific place for evening chats and morning coffee. The place was wonderfully "beach-y" decorated, perfectly clean, and the owner/management company clearly paid a lot of attention to the extra details that make a stay comfortable - coffee pods, array of complimentary snacks and extra bathroom accessories, and more. We felt instantly at home and enjoyed our stay immensely! House is also in a great location to both Coco (7mins) and Cocoa Beach (15mins), where we spent much of our time. Hope to return again, and thanks for a lovely stay!

Wonderful oasis

We’ve stayed in dozens of short term vacation rental homes and this one was one of the most well-stocked, well-planned and nicely renovated and decorated homes we have seen. The outside is underwhelming, but once you step inside everything is perfect. Kudos to the hosts for thinking of every detail. A Keurig coffee maker with plenty of pods, sugar and creamer options. Comfortable beds and thoughtful baskets with extra toiletries or snacks in case you forgot something. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, and extra blankets and pillows. Spotlessly clean. A cute backyard with lanai (with a ring game) and what looks to be a newly tiled pool with fun floating rainbow lights. There are device chargers in every room with a variety of cables available, and a washer and dryer with laundry supplies. There was even a galaxy light in the bunk bed room, which the kids loved. The only thing to note is that the pool is not heated. It was hot outside so my kids managed to swim, but it was too cold for me (late March). We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!
