Enjoy the comfort of SunScape & SeaScape, a beautifully appointed 8-bedroom, 10-bathroom beachfront home in South Cape San Blas complete with a large, screened pool and spa. This spacious, accessible property can easily accommodate up to 20 guests, making it the perfect choice for multi-generational reunions, family vacations, groups of friends, or special events. The house is divided into two separate living areas, both of which boast spectacular Gulf views and coastal-chic decor.

Situated on an acre of Gulf-front property, guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the ocean from the large windows and spacious balconies. The home's private boardwalk leads directly to the pristine white sand beaches and sparkling waves of South Cape San Blas at Indian Pass. After soaking up the sun on the beach, guests can relax in the hot tub that cascades into a large, private, solar-heated pool. The screen-enclosed pool house features a half bath and covered lanai, complete with a picnic table and ceiling fans.

Each floor of the home is fully equipped with its own kitchen, laundry area, living room, dining room, four bedrooms with en suite baths, and an additional half bath. An exterior elevator and staircase provide convenient access to both living spaces from the covered parking area.

The lower condo, SeaScape, located on the first floor, features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with breathtaking views of the Gulf through three large sliding glass doors. The well-equipped kitchen includes a granite breakfast bar, and the solid-wood dining table seats up to 10. As the sun sets, guests can sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or step outside onto the expansive balcony to enjoy grilling before snuggling up on the porch swing to listen to the sound of crashing waves. The two primary king bedrooms, located just off the living area, offer stunning Gulf views, while the bunk room and an additional guest bedroom—with a king-sized bed—provide more sleeping options.

The upper condo, SunScape, located on the second floor boasts high-arched ceilings and a wall of windows that offer spectacular views of the Gulf. The upper unit features the same elegant design and amenities as the first floor, including another full kitchen, laundry, open living and dining area, four more bedrooms with en suite baths, and a half bath. The large, partially covered deck features a gas grill, dining table, and plenty of seating, making it the perfect place for a meal under the stars.

SunScape & SeaScape is located in South Cape San Blas at Indian Pass, part of Florida's "Forgotten Coast." This area is known for its unspoiled natural beauty and outdoor activities. With miles of white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and a peaceful pace of life, this is the perfect destination for anyone seeking a tranquil escape.

You can spend your days exploring the nearby state parks, fishing, horseback riding on the beach, or swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf. The Indian Pass Raw Bar and the Indian Pass General Store are within walking distance, and the ferry to St. Vincent Island is just down the road. You can also drive to nearby Port Saint Joe or Apalachicola for more restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.

An elevator and staircase provide convenient access to both living spaces from the covered parking area.

Up to 4 well-behaved dogs or cats are allowed (2 on each floor) for an additional non-refundable fee of $100 per pet.

The pool is solar-heated, with water temperature varying based on weather conditions. The spa is equipped with a heat pump that requires an ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher to operate.

Special events, including beachfront weddings, are welcome. A four-night minimum rental of both SunScape & SeaScape and an additional non-refundable event fee of $2,000 are required.

The most beautiful wedding venue

We recently hosted our wedding at this stunning beachfront house, and it was everything we dreamed of and more! The house offered breathtaking ocean views that made for a perfect backdrop to our ceremony and photos. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed to make our weekend comfortable and memorable for us and our guests. Brad and Becky are excellent hosts and were communicative throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion!

Wonderful time in Port St Joe

We rented both Sunscape and Seascape for a 2 week multi-generational family stay. We all wanted to be on the beach and it was maybe 100 yards to the water with a very nice boardwalk and an outdoor shower/rinse for return after beach. Many of us didn't use the pool as much but it was nice and having it screened helped tremendously with the insects. The houses were very. well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing including gas grills on both levels. We had been vacationing in St George Island but found Port St Joe to have just about everything we needed in terms of groceries etc. The location of the house is also between Pt St Joe and Appalachicola so we made several shopping/dining trips to both. Brad, the owner and Marleen the property manager were both great and very responsive to all of our needs. We will be back and I highly recommend this location!

Absolutely Perfect

I booked this property for my daughter’s wedding. I could not have dreamed of a better location and property. It was perfectly set up for a wedding. There’s perfect space multiple families to stay on sight. The view of the beach from the property is stunning. A beautiful boardwalk from the house to the beach made the beach ceremony just as my daughter had imagined. The owners were amazing to work with and made sure our needs were met. This property was spotless and very well maintained. The most beautiful beach house we have ever stayed at. Tons of room inside and out. It was very quiet and is far enough from other properties that it seems like you have your own private beach.

First, I'd like to commend Becky & Brad for their efficient, quick responses and welcoming texts! Excellent hosting! We rented the entire home for our group of 5 adult couples and 3 children (ages 9, 9 & 5) for the week, and could NOT have been any happier and satisfied with our accommodations! A beautiful home, well decorated and furnished, so spacious and comfortable in all aspects. Meticulously clean, luxurious linens, and the welcome baskets helped us start our rest/relax/rejuvenate vacation immediately. This home has so much to offer. From the delightful and well equipped oceanfront decks where one or all could sit and catch up or just melt into oblivion immersing themselves in the view and sounds of the ocean....to the enclosed pool and hot tub, large enough for all to enjoy....to the garden pergola just outside the poolhouse, where one could sit in the gardens and still watch and hear what was happening in the poolhouse! The elevator made getting all the luggage, groceries, disabled family members, and the dog in/out SO much easier. We rented a golf cart to ease getting tired or disabled folks and all the beach equipment back and forth, while the younger energetic folks found the fairly short walkway got them right to the beach or back quickly and easily. A huge THANK YOU to our hosts for sharing their lovely home with us! Providing us "A vacation to remember and a future destination in mind!!"

Perfect Beach Stay for Our Wedding

Peace and Tranquility

Our group of 20 recently stayed at the SunScape & SeaScape beach house, and it was nothing short of magical. The location offers an unparalleled level of peace and tranquility—private beach access made it feel like our own personal slice of paradise. Nights spent under the stars with bonfires on the beach created memories we’ll never forget. The property itself is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-maintained. The large pool and jacuzzi comfortably accommodated all of us, and the pool house patio was wrapped in fragrant jasmine vines, adding to the serene atmosphere. We grilled out, relaxed, and enjoyed every corner of the space. Inside, the house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from cooking essentials to cozy, comfortable beds and furniture. Every detail was attended to, making it easy to settle in and truly unwind. Brad and Becky were phenomenal hosts—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Communication was quick and clear, and they went out of their way to check on our every need throughout the stay. This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll absolutely be spreading the word and can’t wait to return for future beach vacations!
