For an optional Membership transfer fee ($600 fee to be paid directly to the HOA), you get the full enjoyment of the Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club, including an 18-hole championship golf, tournament level clay tennis courts, wellness center, indoor and outdoor full-service restaurant, clubs, lounge, snack bar and a variety of other fun activities planned every month. A lounge and snack bar are also part of this terrific community. A smaller ‘Dining-Only’ transfer fee ($200 fee) is also an option if you choose.
