Sunstone Stillhouse spans 7,100 square feet across a 7-bedroom main home and a separate 1-bedroom guest house, comfortably sleeping 22 guests. The ivy-covered estate welcomes you through an arched, gated entrance into a terra cotta courtyard with a flowing fountain.

The main home's grand living room features a wood-burning fireplace, chandeliers, and massive Palladian windows that fill the space with natural light. A second living room with a 65-inch smart TV and built-in shelving offers a cozy spot for movie nights. A dedicated workspace with an arched window provides a quiet place to work remotely. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating.
Downstairs, a full game room with pool table, foosball, poker table, and lounge seating keeps the group entertained. A private home gym with cable machine, dumbbells, and yoga mats means no one has to skip a workout. The zen room, lined in cedar with singing bowls and floor cushions, offers a quiet space for meditation and sound bathing. A second kitchenette on the lower level keeps snacks and drinks close without going upstairs.

Outside, a heated pool and hot tub overlook the red rocks. A barrel sauna and cold plunge sit under a covered gazebo. The stargazing dome with plush loungers and string lights is the perfect spot to end the night. Outdoor dining for 18 on the upper deck faces panoramic red rock views. ★ Interaction with Guests ★

We respect your privacy and won't be on-site during your stay. Self check-in via smart lock means you arrive on your own schedule. Our local team is available during the day for anything you need — from restaurant recommendations to maintenance requests. Overnight support is also available for emergencies. An electronic guidebook with property details, local tips, and house instructions will be sent 3 days before arrival.

★Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (24 hours advance notice required, subject to availability, additional fee applies).

★ Pool: Pool is available March 1 through November 30. Heating is available for $120/night — please note that the pool temperature is influenced by outside conditions.

★ Pets: Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!


★ Cold Plunge & Sauna: Available year-round at no additional charge.

★ Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay, charged separately after booking. This replaces a traditional security deposit and covers minor accidental damage.

★Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unforeseen circumstances.

★ Deliveries & Lost Items: We are not responsible for packages delivered to the property or personal items left behind after checkout.
