Construction Update:
We are pleased to unveil the completion of an extensive $700,000 luxury renovation, with all major work completed on May 24.

The home has been thoughtfully elevated with the addition of an extra bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, a newly designed game room, and an enhanced lower-level theater featuring stadium seating and a 100-inch screen for a true cinematic experience.

Outdoors, the property now offers a resort-style setting designed for exceptional entertaining and relaxation. Highlights include a new pool and hot tub, as well as a 550 sq. ft. elevated deck off the main living area with a large wraparound sectional, fire pit, and dining table. Below, guests will find a beautifully appointed outdoor kitchen and lounge. One side of the pool is lined with daybeds and loungers, while the other features a dramatic sunken fire pit and pool bar. Altogether, we’ve added 2,500 sq. ft. of premium outdoor hardscape space.
