This 2 + loft, 2 bathroom, townhome offers a memorable mountain ambience, making for your perfect Mammoth getaway. It is a spacious 1511 sq. ft. open floor plan with vaulted ceilings making for a nice open space where the whole group can gather comfortably. The living room has a new couch, flatscreen TV with smart features, and a wood burning fireplace to keep warm during cold winter months. Off the living area is a private porch, a perfect place to take in the clear mountain air and starry night sky. The dining area has seating for 6 and the upgraded kitchen has solid countertops, stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a nice meal.

The two main bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and large closet. It has plenty of natural light from the sliding glass door allowing indoor/outdoor access. The primary bedroom also has a large dresser and TV. The primary bathroom has a nice sized vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the hallway downstairs. It has a queen-sized bed, closet, and TV. The second bathroom is located off the hallway, with large separate vanity and walk-in shower. In unit laundry is directly outside the second bathroom, between the two bedrooms. The loft is on the third level of the home, upstairs from the main living area. It is a large loft, with one queen and one double sized bed, dresser space, and a TV.

There is a ski closet located outside on the front porch, perfect for storing gear and equipment.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches.
