Inside, the condo features Smart TVs, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a well-equipped kitchen to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed
• Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed

Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and the unit welcomes both families and small groups.
Additional amenities include one assigned parking space, along with plenty of convenient street parking for additional vehicles.
Please note: Pets are not permitted in the building according to the condominium association rules.

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival
