When the sun sets, grab your favorite drink from the drybar inside, or from the outdoor bar, then sit by the firepit watching the night roll in over the San Jacinto Mountains.

This home sleeps 6 guests, in 3 different bedrooms. Each room has a King size bed, a large smart TV, and blackout curtains.
The master is a huge space with a brand new Organic Birch by Helix mattress, walk-in closet and large ensuite bathroom with separate rain shower and bathtub which has breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountains through a panoramic window. Sliding doors in the master takes you outside to the pool/pergola area.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed with full bathroom ensuite, desk and ergonomic chair for remote work.
The third bedroom has a king-size bed, standing desk and ergonomic chair for remote work. Sliding glass doors take you outside to the outdoor dining area.
-Outdoor space
As amazing as the indoor space is, the outside will never want to make you leave! Take your pick from three different areas depending on your mood - right outside the living room glass doors, enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table and relax on the patio sofas or hammock.
Fire up the gas grill, grab refreshments from the outdoor bar, and lounge by the pool on sun lounges, or pull up a seat in the shade of the pergola.
Erase those three-putts from your memory and get some practice in before your next round on the newly laid putting green, or play a round of cornhole before taking in a refreshing dip in the heated pool (6' deep), or soak in the hot tub after a day of golf, shopping or hiking.
In the evening, head over to the firepit and enjoy a nightcap as you watch the tram head up the Chino Canyon to Mt San Jacinto.

The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.
There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost is 99 /night.
**Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation and $500 fines are issued if audible music is herd by the city compliance officers. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to noise violation will be passed on to the guest.**
The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

All our products meet EPAâs (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19.
Trained Professionals
Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft.
Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting
Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
