A great night’s rest is guaranteed at The 888. All three bedrooms have stunning feature walls and Casper mattresses with plush mattress toppers and high-quality linens.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfy king-sized bed, a sitting area, a Frame TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Feel free to make yourself at home and unpack your belongings in the spacious closet and vintage dresser. This room offers direct access to the beautiful backyard area so you can wander out to the pool directly from your bedroom.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a Frame TV, and incredible mountain views from the large windows. This is the perfect room for any digital nomads in your group, thanks to the work desk tucked into the corner. If you must work, at least you can do it from a beautiful home in sunny Palm Springs!

The third bedroom has two single beds backed by a wooden accent wall with ambient LED lighting. There’s also a dresser for you to store your personal belongings and exceptional mountain views from the windows.

There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

Both bathrooms provide guests with a luxurious spa-like experience, with tiled walk-in showers, dual flush toilets, and large mirrors. Turkish cotton towels provide the ultimate comfort. In addition to the two full bathrooms, an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day in the pool.

The gourmet kitchen and huge island provide plenty of space to cook and enjoy a family dinner or blend frozen margaritas. You’ll find everything you need in this modern space, including new Frigidaire appliances and wine fridge, chef's utensils and kitchenware, cocktail glasses, wine glasses, and pool-friendly cups.

Enjoy meals at the vintage-style dining table, which is backed by 12-foot sliding glass doors that make it easy to blend the indoor and outdoor space.

Beyond the dining area sits the lovely, bright lounge. This area features a comfortable sofa and chair, a flat-screen Frame Smart TV, and an easy-to-use open fireplace. This is the perfect place to host a family game night (we have a small collection of board games) or whip up cocktails using the vintage bar cart parked in the corner.

If you have additional guests, the sofa pulls out into a comfy queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The outdoor space is the centerpiece of this gorgeous home. From the breezeway entrance with a custom fireplace, you can see all the way to the beautiful Oleander hedge that provides the ultimate privacy. You can enjoy unobstructed mountain views from the pool area while sipping on a cocktail or grilling in the outdoor kitchen.

The pool is six feet deep and features a jacuzzi spa, a tanning shelf, and bubblers. There are also numerous sun loungers outside the pool if you prefer to stay dry while working on your tan.

The outdoor kitchen boasts a 6-burner Blaze grill and hi-top bar, and there’s a large dining table near the pool for memorable outdoor meals. Gather around the custom fire pit in the evenings and take full advantage of the fun game area, which includes a bocce ball court.

Other perks of the outdoor space include a seating nook, a full-size cooler to keep your drinks cold, a private outdoor shower, and specialty pavers that keep a comfortable temperature even in high heat - great for bare feet and pet paws!

As a guest, you’ll have access to the entire beautiful house and property, including spectacular views and the stunning outdoor living area with a pool, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, and games. Free parking is available in the driveway. We welcome you to bring your dog, with a $100 per stay fee for extra cleaning.

Please note that pool heat is an extra option at $75.00 a day.

Per the City of Palm Springs, renters must be 25 or older.
