The game room is a hit with all ages—equipped with foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, Pop-A-Shot basketball, ping pong, and a newly felted pool table, there’s no shortage of indoor fun.

The Master Suite is a retreat all its own, designed with thoughtful luxury. Wake up to lake views and step out onto your private third-level deck, exclusive to the suite. FUEL AND COOLER WITH ICE INCLUDED at no additional charge!!! This 22’ pontoon w/115hp motor is all you need to experience the ultimate day of relaxation and excitement on Lake Anna, VA. The boat comfortably accommodates 12 people and comes equipped with life jackets, bimini top, anchor, stereo and a depth finder. Operators must have valid Virginia boating safety course certification, which can be completed online at no cost. GREAT multi-day and weekly discounts available!!! Ask for more information!
