Make memories at this newly renovated, pet friendly, 2 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake!

This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 2 were combined to make a larger suite. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and screened porch. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bunk bed.

This suite shares 2.3 acres with other cabins and suites on the property. It is a natural setting so there is uneven ground, rocks and stairs on the property that may make it challenging to navigate for someone with mobility issues.

At the end of the stay, guests are asked to wash all dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster located next to the yellow barn in the parking lot.

Your well behaved furry family members are welcome to join you in this pet friendly rental. We ask that pets are on a leash at all times when outside and that they are not to go on the beach.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guests 24 hours prior to check-in.

Smoking is not permitted on the property.

Guests have full access to all rooms in the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Canoes and kayaks are available to use for free, during daylight hours. Please use one of our provided life jackets to avoid a ticket from marine patrol!
