Amazing property - well maintained, well stocked and the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. The guidebook was super handy and we took advantage of all the amenities (hot tub, games, etc.). Highly recommend!

Extremely nice/We treated ourselves and spent over budget but it was worth it.Beautiful Mountain View’s/lake view threw trees.Nice area for day trips/If traveling with a motorcycle you need to know the packed dirt road is long to get to house but totally worth it.

We booked this home for a quick last minute ski trip. Was absolutely fantastic and as advertised. The home was very clean and well taken care of and the igloo and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. The owner Fred was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely go back!

It was an amazing experience, quiet place, and the best part was the kids room where they could play. Kitchen had everything needed. The house was gorgeous , big and the view was amazing.

Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the fire pit at night under the beautiful night sky and serenity of the woods. The house had everything we needed. Our host Fred and Lisa were very nice. They were very responsive when we had questions. A definite home to revisit in the future.

Great Sunday River ski trip

Twin Lakes Chalet was all it was described as plus more! Myself, wife and 2 adult kids and their partners and an additional 3 friends lived this place. New, modern and with all thst is needed to have a relaxing holiday. The hottub was a great treat after a long day on the hill. domewas alshit!

Great Family Vacation

My husband and I and our four adultish children stayed here for a ski trip at Sunday River. What a great spot! The house exceeded all our expectations. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and well appointed. So many great memories made! Very sad to leave. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this rental. Also, very short and easy car ride to Sunday River which was a great skiing spot.

A Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had the best long weekend at Fred and Lisa's home. It was trendy, charming, exceptionally clean, and so much more. Our group had 6 adults and there was plenty of space for us all to be together AND apart. We had a colder weekend in late spring and was able to take advantage of all the amenities. We brought our dog and he loved lounging on the porch with the rest of us. The kitchen had all the gear and utensils you could need. The bathrooms felt spacious. Can't say enough great things and we can't wait to go back.

Family Time

Property offered everything we needed! The beds & linens were very comfortable. We were all adults but my adult sons and significant others enjoyed the game room and outdoor games! Plenty of room for everyone and then some! So much so, we didn't even use some of the spaces. Fred & Lisa were very accommodating and were quick to answer any questions. I'll definitely consider this again in the future if we visit the area again! We loved our time at Twin Lakes Chalet! Thank you Fred & Lisa

Perfect vacation house

We had 6 adults and 2 dogs. House was perfect for giving everyone their own room. The main floor had a good layout for everyone to enjoy each other’s company. We love to cook so it was very nice having everything we need to make that happen. House is in a private setting with plenty of room outside. It’s a short drive or a 15min walk down to the pond. Easier to drive to the rest area on the main road or go to the boat launch where the entrance to mount abram is. Only a 10min drive to mount abram for some mountain biking or skiing. I highly recommend if your looking for a get away with plenty of activities near by. The hosts where very helpful in making sure everything went smooth and if we needed anything they were there to help.

Annual Burke Family Vaca 2025

Well stocked, easy check in, beautiful property, the globe and the hot tub was the highlights of the property. I spent my mornings doing yoga and having my own concert with the blue tooth speaker in there. The home is cozy yet everyone has their own wing/area to retreat to when we wanted space. Meal times were amazing. My oldest daughter, who is a chef, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen making tasty food. The home came alive with meal times. We had a little hiccup during our stay but Fred and Lisa were quick to remedy the situation and we never felt inconvenience during our stay.We have stayed at several chalets in the area and this by far was one of the best ones. Sone homes are beautiful but not well maintained. This home was!!! All the small details from the towel art to the toilet paper origami was such a nice touch. WiFi was reliable and all rooms had smart tvs. My whole family agreed ( which is hard to get us all to do!) we would defiantly come back next year!!Nicely done Fred and Lisa Sincerely,The Burke Family
