Best rental and location!

We absolutely ADORED this home! The history and charm were the icing on the cake. The location- walking distance to the beach and restaurants and beach shop was PERFECT. We will be staying here again. It was so beautiful and clean inside, too. I appreciated what the house once was and now as the perfect getaway gem!!!

The perfect cozy weekend get-a-way!

Have to say this was a much need family get-a-way we all needed and it was perfect! The house was ADORABLE. We played cards, walked to the ocean, crows nest, coffee shops, small grocery store and just enjoyed everything about it! Owner was super responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We would love to find time to go again!!

Charming cottage near the beach

The cottage used to be the public library and is very charming with pleasant outdoor patios. It is conveniently located and well designed. Everything I needed was in the cottage. Great base for a wonderful beach vacation near the marina.

First Time visitors to Santa Cruz

This was the perfect little beach cottage for our family of four. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor bathroom/shower was a huge plus with two teenage girls. Close to beach. Communication was wonderful. Highly recommend and will visit again!

Adorable Cottage!

This is a great place to stay to experience the beach life in Santa Cruz! Just a few blocks from the ocean, this cozy cottage is a delight. It has great outdoor spaces for reading or chatting with friends. Deke’s is just across the street if you need a filling and delicious sandwich, a soda, or a bottle of wine.

Cute, great location

The location is great - walking distance to Twin Lakes Beach and the Marina. Space is really a large studio, there's no separate bedroom though the spaces are cleverly arranged and comfortable for two. Parking was on the street (which can be a challenge) or in a very very small driveway (my small sedan just fit). Bed super comfy. Could use a deep cleaning outside to clear off sky lights, windows, etc. Great communication with owner and she let us arrive early and check out late.

Cozy cottage near the beach!

Our family recently visited Santa Cruz. This property was just a few blocks from the harbour. The cozy atmosphere was perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Love the state California

It was my first time visiting Santa Cruz California. So much to do. We had a wonderful time here. The beach was so beautiful and sunny out here as well. The weather is just amazing. However the little cottage was really nice and felt like home. Just a few little dilemmas. The host was really nice and made sure we were comfortable. If she couldn’t fix a problem right away she will find a way for us to enjoy our vacation if anything. We will be coming back to Santa Cruz California again. Thank you!!

Nice rental

The house is cute, but needs some updating and a good scrubbing. Location is good - just a few blocks from the beach - but it's on a very busy street, so you'll need earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. It's perfect if you're mostly out and about.

Twin Lakes Beach family getaway

This is our second stay at this property, it is just delightful and close to all family members whom we visit at holiday times. It fits us and our daughter and her dog, such a bonus. Well located and charming. Everything we need and more. This time we noticed it says there’s a hot tub - we were like, oh, did they add that?? Would be awesome but not a hot tub in sight. We didn’t miss it! 😊 Thanks again 👍

Great Beach Cottage!

My family stayed here for a little over a week and really enjoyed the cottage. It is perfect for a couple or small family like ours. It has a great patio in the back that is shaded and the fire pit is a very nice touch for those cool Santa Cruz evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a nice dinner. The parking is tight but we had no issues parking out front. The cottage is literally 3 blocks from the beach so it is an easy walk to get there. We had a great time and would highly recommend it. We would stay there again if we are back in the Santa Cruz area.

What an adorable little cottage. Great location only 3 blocks to the beach! Very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. 2 outdoor seating areas and a firepit. I will definitely be back!

Lovely place!

This is a delightful spot and we enjoyed our stay very much - very nicely furnished, decorated, and set up, a pleasant outdoor area at the property (we used this a lot), and close walking distance to the beach. We hope to return in the future! :-)
