THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to Shamrock 66, a charming property that is the ideal setting for your special mountain vacation. We welcome you to bring your dog (up to two) with you so you can enjoy your vacation with them (there's even a dog bed waiting for them!)
This wonderful townhome is nestled in the Shamrock community (a lovely complex that is family-friendly), and the property is close to the Western Territory, and the Powder Monkey and Powderidge ski lifts!
The comfortable kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare, cook, and serve a delicious meal. Within the space, youâll find plateware, utensils, pots and pans, a range, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and a dishwasher. In the kitchen, youâll also appreciate the stackable washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
If you'd rather eat your meals out, you'll have a short stroll to the Western Territory area which houses Tuqueâs Bar and Grill and Appalachia Kitchen, or enjoy a lovely walk to the charming Village, the hub for all things on Snowshoe Mountain, and a plaza filled with shops and restaurants.
Relax and lounge in the living room with the 52â smart TV in the living room and cozy wood-burning fireplace!
For your comfort, and a peaceful night of sleep, retreat to the upstairs bedroom with a queen bed and roomy walk-in closet. For additional sleeping capacity, the living room has a sleeper sofa for two additional people.
Additionally, youâll love the mudroom that youâll walk into when you first enter the property where you can shed your shoes, jackets, and equipment before walking into the living space.
For your outdoor enjoyment, guests have access to the community amenities such as the basketball court, tennis court, covered picnic area, playground, pickleball, shuffleboard, shared gas fire pit, and a green space with a bike washing station.
This wonderful retreat can be yours to enjoy and relax in all seasons, and we invite you to plan your getaway TODAY!
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Once you come back up on the Powderidge lift, you can access the Shamrock complex which is about 500 feet away.
Bikes are allowed on the property but only in the mudroom.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit.
PETS: If you are traveling with your four-legged best friend, please be sure to include that when you are booking (proof of vaccinations required). There is a $100 non-refundable dog fee (per dog). Dogs are the only pets permitted. There is a two-dog maximum.
PARKING: Free parking is available in front of the property and is limited to automobiles, station wagons, SUVs, and pick-up trucks. Parking for larger trucks, recreational vehicles, or trailers is prohibited.
