This Vintage trolley was retired for a number of years when we fell in love with it and had it towed 100 miles to our little random field. We have spent the last 2 years really bringing this project to life. We definitely wanted to capture the originality of the old girl but also wanted to make it as functional as a home. You'll find elements of old and new throughout with every detail thought out with intention.
You will love this unique and romantic escape nestled among wildflowers, in the trees, overlooking a manicured rolling pasture. This vintage trolley was created for rest and renewal. For peace and calm. Inside you'll find a Zen Space, a small library, a living area with a bar area, wine fridge, a keurig, all the snacks and k cups and a variety of teas and honey, a sitting tub, queen size bedroom and a sprawling 400 square foot deck with relaxing furniture and a solo stove for evening fires. We provide the robes and bath salts. You just have to show up and relax. This property is within 30 minutes of many of Tennessee's finest hikes and waterfalls.
We are also located approximately 7 miles from the city of Sparta as well as Rock Island State Park (opposite direction). Sparta is a great place to do some downtown shopping and antiquing as well as a hub for some delicious food. Rock Island is a fantastic way to spend a few hours or a few days. Excellent hikes and beautiful waterfalls. We also love giving recommendations for food, drink and fun. We are located within 1.5 hours of Nashville, Knoxville AND Chattanooga if you wanted a nice central location for some day trips.
