Perfect for my stay!
Had all I needed and was very close to where I needed to be!
Perfect short stay for my family of 4. The cabin is very small, but it has everything you need. We cooked in the grill in the evening and made french toast, eggs, and pancakes for breakfast with some shifting of things for counter space. We used the fire pit for s'mores and watched the wide open sky seeing shooting stars and finding constellations. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure and shower felt great after days of hiking and kayaking at fall creek falls and a day at cumberland caverns. The only thing I can think to change is adding a Wi-Fi solution to the coke cabin. Kathy was great, and we would suggest a stay to anyone!
I must say that the property and location was beyond beautiful. And would definitely love to stay again for that simple fact. The shower was AMAZING water pressure through the roof. It could use a serious deep cleaning... we left it cleaner than we found it for sure with dead bugs in light fixtures and quite a few on the floor, and maybe a new set of bed sheets that don’t have odd stains on them (they smelled cleaned! Just a little unsettling to see the stains) overall if you’re looking for a private quite getaway by yourself or with someone you love. I’d highly recommend it. The owner Kathy was incredibly sweet and did her best to try and make sure we had everything we needed. Only giving 4/5 Because we had to clean it. But don’t let a little bit of sweeping up stop you from staying in a wonderful location. It was between all the major state parks, we had a blast. Would definitely book again if we were in the area.
Quiet and serene. The river is below the cabin and has easy access down to it. We have stayed here several times and absolutely love this property. It is a great getaway to unplug from life's hustle and bustle. Very small 1 room cabin is quaint and clean, you have everything you need to survive in comfort out in the woods! Bring your fishing poles and food and have a nice stay!
The cabin was adorable!
The property was beautiful. The cabin was adorable and stocked with everything we needed. I would certainly stay there again.
Relaxing. The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed.
The cabin was 400 sq feet but what great use of space. We loved relaxing on the porch watching the deer in the meadow. We had an amazing interaction with a newborn fawn. I loved watching the storms roll thru while on the porch and the rain on the tin roof. The river behind the cabin was running fast bc if the rain. The inside of the cabin had a small fridge, microwave, hot plate, convection oven and griddle. Everything we needed to make meals. The bathroom is small but comfortable. The walk-in shower had an amazing shower head with great water pressure. I would definitely stay here again!
Fall Creek Falls, Burgess Falls et Cumberland Caverns sont toutes merveilleuses attractions de la région.
