Welcome to our Private, Scottsdale Oasis, designed with Brand New, Luxury furniture sitting in the Prime Location of Old Town! This beautifully furnished home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, & convenience. Located minutes from Old Town, 10-mins to PHX, & just minutes away to endless shopping, dining, & the city’s top attractions. Whether you're gathering with family, friends, or here for a special occasion, our home offers the perfect base for all your activities & entertainment.

Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, one-story home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. It’s fully cooled by central A/C, with ceiling fans in each bedroom for added comfort. The living room features a large sectional couch where you can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the Roku Smart TV or board games if you’re feeling competitive.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including pots, pans, utensils, a blender, coffee maker, and wine glasses.The dining area seats four, and there are three additional bar stools at the kitchen island. For added convenience, we’ve provided a bar cart and wine cooler, perfect for evenings spent at home.

The master bedroom offers a peaceful escape with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. You’ll also have a large walk-in closet to keep organized. This bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV, a workspace, and direct access to the backyard and swimming pool. For extra comfort, the master bedroom also has its own A/C system.

The first guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a charming bay window. The second guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a bonus closet space with additional air mattresses (three queens and one twin) to accommodate extra guests if needed. The third guest bedroom, ideal for families, is equipped with a queen-size bed, playpen, play mats, and a baby gate. The guest bathroom offers a convenient shower and tub combo.

Outside, the backyard is a place where you can relax by the pool or enjoy our outdoor dining & BBQ. Lounge on the poolside chairs or enjoy a game of cornhole under the Arizona sun. In the evening, the soft outdoor lighting creates a nice cozy atmosphere where you can roast marshmallows by the fire pit or cook dinner on the wood-fired grill. The pool itself is eight feet deep with an attached basketball hoop, diving board, and we’ve provided floaties for both children and adults to enjoy.

The garage has been transformed into a small workout area with air conditioning. It’s equipped with yoga mats, a foam roller, and everything you need for a quick at-home workout. While the garage isn’t currently available for parking, you can park up to four cars in the driveway. Or, give us a heads up and we may be able to make the garage available for parking.

Pool Rules:
-Please do not bring glass in or near the pool.
-No running or Horseplay.
-No Animals are allowed in the pool.
-No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
-Toddlers must wear swim diapers.
-Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult
-Pool Does Not Heat

The garage is not used for parking.

We are not Liable for any injuries that occur on the property.

Please do not set A/C bellow 72 degrees. This may cause the A/C to freeze up. If this happens you will be charged the service fee.

When bringing pets that shed please be advised that any additional clean due to dog hair or damages will be charged separately.

Please report any issues or damages within 3 hours of check in.

The pool gets serviced every Thursday. Storms and weather are out of our control and may cause the pool to be inoperable during your stay. Refunds will not be given due to this.
