The backyard features a beautiful **heated salt water pool and spa, with a view fence overlooking a desert wash. There’s a built in bbq, lots of covered patio space, automatic awning and 6000 watt electric heater for those cool winter nights. With additional amenities like smart TVs, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need. Plus, there's an additional space with an office desk and printer. Off season discounts and long term rates are available. HOA rules require a 1 month minimum, but if you need a shorter stay I may be able to help you without violating HOA policy by charging a minimal fee for unused time. Please feel free to message me to discuss.
