Phoenix Desert Casita 3 Beds, Pool, AC, and WIFI

Summary:

Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area.



I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request.



*Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!



The Space:

OUTDOOR LIVING:

Private patio with two hammock swings, two chairs, a cocktail table, dining table and grill. Shared pool with a private space poolside with lounge chairs. Pool floats and toys are available to add to the fun! Pool is open and heated March 1 through December 1. Pool can be heated after December 1 for additional fees upon prior request.



INDOOR LIVING:

Beds: Three comfortable beds to choose from in the space. One queen standard bed, one queen sofa memory foam sleeper and one twin plush trundle bed.



Kitchenette: Fully stocked to make basic meals



Other Things to Note:

There are three units that share the outdoor pool area. Imagine a resort style courtyard where each unit has a pool view.

Interaction with Guests:

Co-Host, Sophia, will take care of most online communication and requests. We want to make sure that your stay is as relaxing as possible and we don’t want to be the cause of disruption. We live in the big house next door and will occasionally be enjoying the outdoor space as well.
