Christmas Stay in Phoenix

Great home in a very nice neighborhood. Host is very responsive. Neighborhood has numerous walking paths and two parks are close by. Within 5 minutes to anything you need (groceries, drug stores, shopping, entertainment). My second time staying at this home. Would do it again.

Great Location, Property and Host

This home provided the perfect accomodations for our out-of-town relatives to stay during Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was clean and well-appointed. The location is ideal in the heart of Desert Ridge, close to shopping and entertainment. Neighborhood is quiet with plenty of wonderful walking trails and parks nearby. Easy entry and responsive host. We will definitely book again!

Brad is amazing

Brad by far some of the best communication I’ve ever seen! This made the check in and check out process super simple. Very accommodating. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking. It has everything you need and it’s in a great area.

We had a great day at Brad‘s place. The house was clean, well furnished and ideally located. We did a lot of hiking nearby. Communication with Brad was excellent. He responds quickly.

Great place, great location, great host

We had a fantastic stay here - the host was responsive and friendly. The place looks just like the photos and is perfect for families looking to get away. We spent a ton of time in the pool. Really liked being walking distance to Desert Ridge marketplace. We’d happily stay again!

This house is very close to Desert Ridge. It’s close to everything! Very clean, the house was well stocked with all of our basic needs. Great communication with the owner. I would stay here again.

Excellent location and great property

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. All three rooms were well stocked and beds were comfortable. Our favorite part was the pool and lounging in the chairs. We also enjoyed being so close to Desert Ridge shopping center. So many great options for food, drinks, Entertainment. I absolutely would recommend this place and stay here again.

Great stay!

This home was clean and had everything we needed. Very conveniently located near lots of shops and restaurants. It was incredibly hot while we were there so we very much enjoyed using the pool in the backyard. The owner was very responsive when we had a few questions. Thank you for a great visit!

This property was perfect for a family, spring training trip

I was very pleased with the property. The manager was always available to help with the house, pool and questions about the northern Scottsdale area. Distance to Desert Ridge was certainly a plus. Great property!

Great house, superb location

Brad was a great host. House had everything you could need and was in a great location to walk, in about 15 minutes, to lots of restaurants. Pool was awesome. As mountain bikers, the location was great for easy access to some of the quieter or MTB focused trails too (as this was a busy period for hikers, with the holidays). Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Home Away From Home

This was a fantastic find! great location in the Desert Ridge area - all the space and amenities I could need, very clean and well appointed. The host was extremely accommodating for check in and check out times, and the process was incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

This house was our first family home...we loved living in the home for the past 5+ years and made some great memories. We decided to convert it to a place others can enjoy and break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have absolutely loved the home, and area...and we hope you do too!! :)
