Spring Training Oasis

We escaped the cold weather of Santa Fe,NM for a few days and enjoyed the heated pool! Had some great food, Dodger ST and celebrated our daughter’s birthday! This was a great place to stay with all the comforts of a resort, just private!

Nice place, nice neighborhood

Great home with all the amenities you need in a nice, safe neighborhood. The proximity to Buffalo Ridge park was amazing for watching the sun set.

Great Location and Backyard!

House very clean when we checked in. Backyard was great to relax in, play with our dogs and cook meals. Very close to a number of activities including parks, hiking and Kierland Commons.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The house and yard were very clean, and we enjoyed using the heated pool and the garage. We really appreciated that our pets were welcome. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. However, there were a few areas for improvement: the TV in the master bedroom only had a Roku that didn’t work, and there were no other viewing options available. Additionally, the air conditioning was unbalanced, with one side of the house being cold and the master bedroom feeling very hot. The kitchen could also benefit from a few more cookware items, and the twin beds were noisy and not very comfortable. With a few updates, this could be an excellent stay!

Wonderful Phoenix Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing house in Phoenix. Great location with hiking from the house and easily drivable groceries/coffee runs. We loved the comfortable beds and the heated swimming pool. The lemons in the backyard were an extra bonus!

Nice location on the northern side of the Phoenix metropolitan area. The house was nice and simple place to stay, with a enjoyable out door area to hangout.

Perfect Staycation

We drove in from Las Vegas for a weekend staycation. The house was clean, backyard was large and swimming pool was warm and clean. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house is in a clean, safe neighborhood and close to great restaurants and coffee shops.

Awesome backyard for kids + adults

The house layout worked great for us - pool, shade, and greenery in the backyard plus well laid out house for a family of 4. The park nearby was great for shorter hikes and playground for younger kids.

Nice place

The pool was heated and loveley for the kids to play in. The neighbodhood was quiet and safe. This was great for 6 people. The yard had plenty of room and we loved the outdoor eating area .

Perfect getaway

Something magical about this place, lazily floating in the pool on an inflatable ring decorated like a pineapple, looking up at the palm tree and the birds picking and eating fruit. Huge, clean, quiet neighborhood, and luxurious location.

Best Vrbo in Scottsdale that we stayed at.

We had a lovely time at your home. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The utensils were great quality along with the pots and pans! You never see that at other Vrbo’s. You even had tissues we were impressed. Other Vrbo’s should learn from you how to run one. The pool was clean and I enjoyed it. Nice to have the garage to use for the car and the area was quiet and safe to walk. Thank you, Mary Ellen

Heated Pool

The heated pool was perfect. We also appreciated that the host provided quality decaf coffee (in addition to regular coffee). I normally take my own knives and cooking pan because practically all VRBOs have dull knives and pans that are scratched up. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the knives were sharp; and although I didn't cook, their frying pan didn't have any scratches.

Nice place but could use some fixing up

The house itself was nice and the backyard is for sure the selling point. Some things could use an update though. For such a nice house, the beds were not very comfortable. Also the kitchen sink drain had no flap covers in it (it looked like they had been cut out) so anytime you ran the garbage disposal, small pieces would come flying up out of the sink at you. Definitely a slight safety risk and a minor inconvenience, so something to be aware of.

Labor Day Weekend with Family.

Communication with the host was poor. When we checked into the property the cleaning lady arrived along with us making it a bit uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and were never cleaned. Dining table was also dirty. The Roku TV in the Master Bedroom does not work as well as the A/C. We really enjoyed the pool a lot and had a great time in the patio. That was our favorite part of this rental. This property is listed for 7 people but it’s definitely only for 6. There were no extra sheets to even try to sleep someone on the couch. Overall our stay was not bad and we made the best of our trip but I don’t think we will be staying at this VRBO in the future.

Wonderful stay!

We came to visit family and the home was very close to our family. The yard was perfect for our dogs. The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you could need to cook dinner. Overall, we were very pleased with the home and its location.
