The Finger Lakes are calling you to this cozy home showcasing amazing views of Keuka Lake inside and out. Follow the private stair path down to the private dock and waterfront to spend the day at the lake. Two kayaks and life jackets are provided for use during your stay. You can also launch your boat from nearby Penn Yan (five miles away) and tie it off at the dock. Groceries, local dining options, and all the supplies you'll need to stock up on during your stay can also be found in Penn Yan. For a break from the lake, you can spend a day tasting your way around the area's many phenomenal vineyards and wineries.

The interior features an open layout that seamlessly blends the kitchen and living areas. An electric fireplace and mounted mini-split air-conditioning are equipped for year-round home comfort. The kitchen includes all major appliances plus a convenient countertop dishwasher to handle meal prep and cleanup with ease. The main bedroom boasts a sleek modern fireplace for a private en suite ambiance.

The private deck offers a lake-view perch that is furnished for outdoor living with highlights like a grill, an outdoor dining table, and a firepit.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
