Hammondsport Lake Front Home, est à 1,6 km de Hammondsport, cette maison confortable se trouve sur les lacs de Keuka West-Side. La propriété est située au bord de l'eau. Parfait pour une famille ou deux, détendez-vous en regardant vos enfants nager dans un environnement convivial au bord du lac. Profitez de la pêche dans votre propre quai privé tout en profitant du soleil du petit matin à la fin de l'après-midi.

La région enchanteresse des Finger Lakes de l'ouest de New York, mondialement reconnue pour sa production de vins primés, ce pays des merveilles naturelles offre l'une des escapades les plus visuellement étonnantes et paisibles aux États-Unis. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour les dégustateurs de vin, nous sommes à moins de deux miles de nombreux vignobles.

À l'intérieur, profitez de la vue pittoresque sur l'eau et les collines boisées au-delà. Notre maison de 3 chambres peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Le niveau inférieur de la maison a une salle de loisirs, une chambre, une salle de bain. et un dormeur pour des logements supplémentaires. Le niveau supérieur a une cuisine complète, salle de bains, 2 chambres, un grand salon double et un fulton pour des couchages supplémentaires.

En dehors de notre maison a une grande zone d'herbe pour «bain de soleil» et un quai pouvant accueillir jusqu'à un bateau de 24 pieds.

Keuka Lake

We had the best time on our vacation wine tasting trip to the finger lakes. I have been a couple of times now and think Keuka is my favorite. The house was perfect for us, every morning a beautiful sunrise and in the evening sitting out by the water was a perfect end to the day. Our hosts were incredible! I wound up picking up a nail in rental car and got a flat tire, instead of wasting a half a day dealing with issue they totally came to the rescue and helped get it fixed. They are the best. I hope we can make it back again. ❤️

Lovely time

With the convenience of walking right out of the house to the water, a spectacular view, necessary amenities, great hosts, proximity to nearby town and such, it was everything we wanted and needed. Ed, Dahlia and their family members were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

Lovely Retreat

Owners met us on arrival and helped us to get settled and showed us all.. It was perfect for us, each person had their own space. Kids enjoyed fishing from the dock, and lots of time to enjoy the views am and pm. Steps down to property are steep for older(75). Close to Hammondsport.

Quiet and accessible retreat

Property was clean and very comfortable! Fabulous lake views from every window! Plenty of seating both inside and outside and great awning spot to dodge the sun for us fairer types. Delia and Ed were very helpful getting me moved in due as there are steps down from the road. Great little place to stay and very close to Hammondsport which was a favorite walking trip each morning there and back.

Great place/Great hosts

The location of the house is perfect… short trip to downtown Hammondsport and all restaurants and local wineries. Our lodgings were squeaky clean, the house was adequately stocked and the new beds extremely comfortable to sleep in. Spent every morning sipping coffee on the deck while watching the morning fisherman in the mist on the lake. So serene and relaxing! Afternoons splashing in the lake with family, who even picked us up and dropped us off by boat, thanks to the new dock. Delia and Ed are perfect hosts; always available, yet allowed us our privacy as vacationers. This is definitely our new landing for now on when visiting lovely Hammondsport!

It's All in the View

This vacation was delightful from first to last. Delia and Ed were kind, helpful, and always available if needed. The house was comfortable and very clean. But, it was the view of the lake that drew me to this place and it never disappointed. Keuka Lake is lovely even during a thunderstorm. The single downside is the staircase from the street to the house,, which is steep and long. But it was worth every step to stay in such a perfect setting.

Great view, Terrific property + host

The property was as described and pictured. Five of us stayed for four nights. We love the beautiful view and feel so peaceful sitting on the deck to watch sunrise and sunset. Delia and Ed are wonderful hosts. Will definitely come and stay here on our next trip to finger lakes!

Relaxing lakefront

Just got back from a four night stay at this lakefront home with another couple. We really couldn’t ask for a better stay. The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. There was plenty of space on the deck as well which was right on the water. Also the location was great to visit all the wineries which were really amazing. The hosts were great they were there when we arrived and when we left. They were helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for better.

Great indoor / outdoor space on Keuka Lake

We simply cannot say enough about our time at Fun in the Sun. We were met when we arrived and helped with our luggage, enjoyed just the right mix of privacy and accommodation from Ed & Delia, loved the dock for swimming and docking a rental boat, grilled and ate outside with family, and had comfortable inside space when we needed to get out of the sun. Plenty of room for our two teenage sons and we loved taking advantage of the kayaks. Bonus points for the elevator lift to help with the luggage and the sweet treats during the week from our awesome hosts.

Fantastic Week on Keuka Lake!!

What a wonderful week we all had! The property was spotless (which is always important but even more so during Covid!) and had everything we needed! Delia & Ed were the most gracious, kind and generous owners who thought of everything and were there to help make our week relaxing and memorable!! The location enabled us to walk to the quaint town of Hammondsport each morning (and evening) if we were craving homemade ice cream, coffee or lunch/dinner. Walking in the opposite direction we discovered a wonderful vegetable stand where it was based on the honor system - how truly awesome is that!! We were close to wineries/breweries and museums. We enjoyed the use of the 5 kayaks that were available to us and had a spot on the dock to tie up our 4 person floatie! Mother nature gifted us with weather that was spectacular and Keuka Lake is crystal clear - and so beautiful!! We had friends visits on several days and we were all grateful for this home and time on the lake!! Thank you so very, very much!!

Fun in the Sun! Perfect vacation!

Our first visit to the Finger Lakes was absolute perfection. This property is close to town and wineries if you want to explore the area. The house is beautiful- spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed inside and out. Awesome outdoor space right on the water. We loved the property owners, Ed and Delia, who made sure everything was perfect!

Fun in the sun

A wonderful week on our favorite lake. The house location is perfect-just a mile from quaint Hammondsport and several wineries. Outdoor dock space is ideal for enjoying the view and family dinners. 2 large tables, amazing dock and sun (rain shade!) over one dock. Had a boat on the other dock most of the week and that worked out well. Note that the owners live next door and they are very close. The stairs are shared. Some may find this awkward so be aware before you rent. The house is comfortable and kitchen area is large.

Relax at Keuka Lake

We had a great time in this beautiful house. The location is perfect, right on the water. You can walk right out to the water with your cup of coffee and enjoy the peace. But it also is located just a couple of miles from the quaint town of Hammondsport. You couldn't ask for better owners of the property who are so friendly and there for every need. We will surely be back again and again.

Very accommodating hosts

From the moment we arrived the hosts were making sure our stay was enjoyable. Ed had the elevator waiting to transport our gear. The house was very clean. The lakeside deck had a shaded area that we enjoyed watching the boating activity from. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing place!

Beautiful and comfortable home right on the water. Ed and Delia are great hosts that make sure you have everything you need. If you're visiting to fish the lake, it doesn't get any better than this property. The dock is very well constructed and designed to accommodate at least a 24' boat, and it's about 20 paces from the house!

Great house and location

We had 3 couples stay here and it was perfect for 6. The house was clean and updated, with beautiful views. The fall colors were breath taking.. Wine tasting, hiking, dinners, and friends made for a great weekend. Owners were a so sweet and helpful, I would recommend this place again and again. Thank you for everything.

Perfect Oasis on the Lake

The property is absolutely gorgeous and right on the lake. You are very close to Hammondsport and vineyards for exploring, but the best part of the stay is being able to relax on beautiful the dock. The house is very nice and spacious. Just note that there is not a washer or dryer, which could be a problem for longer stays. There is a laundromat in town if necessary. Also the house is right next to the owners’ and another small rental property, which for us was great since Delia and Ed are so kind and fun! It’s just good to be aware in case you are looking for a more secluded location. Everything was amazing and we can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing lakefront property! The new gazebo cover over the dock was a pleasant surprise, providing a nice shady area to lounge and enjoy the view. The house was very clean. We enjoyed all the amenities and the kids loved the kayaks. The location can't be beat - close to town and the wineries. Our sincere thanks to Delia and Ed for making us feel welcome and for all the recommendations of where to eat in the area.

Great Lake Location

We were 3 couples and we all had a lovely time staying at this property. Ed & Delia were super nice and helped us get our boat in the water and get our stuff taken inside the house. The lakeside property is so nice. We especially liked the big outside deck with a dock for a small to medium size boat. We brought our 17' bayliner and it fit well. When we were there we saw a magnificent full (almost double) rainbow that was directly across the lake from us. It was just stunning! We also caught a lot of fish off the deck and dock, perch, small mouth bass, blue gill, catfish & sunnies, etc. If you like to fish make sure to bring a rod and some worms. The only downside that we saw to the this property is that the steps are very steep from street to house. There is an electric lift so you don't have to carry your suitcase, etc. down or up the steps. All in all we would highly recommend staying here as Ed and Delia are very hospitable and you can't beat the view! Thanks for a great time!

Truly Beautiful

We decided to take a spontaneous trip to the finger lakes and found this house by chance. It ended up being far greater than anything we could have hoped for. Upon check in we sent pictures to our family back home and they were so inspired by the beauty they chose to take the 6 hour drive and stay with us. The house, the kayaks, the deck, the lake....it gave our 5 children wonderful memories that they will treasure for a lifetime. The VRBO listing said that one pet was permitted with a crate, so we brought our golden lab. As it turns out, the listing hadn’t been updated and their new policy was No Pets. We felt terrible about this and offered the owners additional money to cover any pet charges. They were kind and understanding about it. Turns out, our dog had the best time of all. She enjoyed sitting in the kayak with us and marveled at the ducks my children were feeding at the lake’s edge. Ed helped us unpack when we arrived and was available on the spot if we needed anything. Delia gave us great restaurant recommendations and a nice bottle of wine from a local vineyard. I really enjoyed the multitude of owls in the decorations. Just when I thought I saw them all, another would appear in a new location that made sense. Delia is a master decorator and the details of the home were so creative. Overall, it was a beautiful, well appointed home with everything we needed for a peaceful, fun lake house vacation! Thanks Delia and Ed!!
