Discover all-new comfort at this 2023-built beachside home. Enjoy gorgeous Gulf views from one of two private balconies, soak up the sun by the private pool, or wander just a few steps down to the shore for blissful days at the beach. Several great local dining options are located close to home.

The sparkling interior is bright and inviting, with an open-concept layout designed for family gatherings. The stainless steel full kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances and ample counter space for home cooking. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The Minty Pearl

We loved the spacious rooms, well appointed kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The layout was great for a large group. The ocean views were nice and the proximity to the beach was fantastic! The pool was such a nice feature!

Great vacation home!

We loved that the owner thought of our needs and provided so many items needed for the ocean such as tents, chairs, a wagon, beach toys and towels! And the kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed that because we ate in and used the crockpot, coffee maker and the fully equipped kitchen. The home was clean and close to the beach. Our family truly enjoyed the pool, it’s the perfect size!❤️ The house is three levels so if steps are not for you that would be my only heads up.

What a gem

At the risk of tipping my hat to the masses, i’ve never had expectations fully met like they were here. Full of amenities - especially with regards to beach equipment and three young kids - this place checks every single one of our boxes. Creature comforts and convenience abound in the minty pear

Immaculate Property

This property is Immaculate. Its a new build and everything looks and smells new. The house is stocked with everything you might need from beach towels, beach chairs, sunshade, Solostove fire pit, pool floats, outdoor games, lifejackets. There are beach kayaks and paddle boards you can use. And the downstairs game room has a Golden Tee arcade game. The home is 50 yards from beach access. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The closest grocery store is 17 miles away but we were able to get Walmart Delivery. I would recommend this place very highly. Our family had the best time.

family friendly vacation home.

We couldn't have asked for a better family friendly vacation home for our family vacation. The floor plan was great for our multi family vacation along with a room for the grandchildren on the main floor. The appliances were all modern and easy to use along with a grill at the pool. They thought of everything needed for a fun day at the beach. We could have picked a better fit for our family vacation.

Look no further

This house FAR exceeded all of our expectations!!! Very clean, more than spacious, and has everything you need and more! We were notified we were able to check in a few hours early, without having to ask, which I appreciated. FULLY stocked kitchen, lots and lots of extra blankets, tons of games, baby gate, boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs, beach games and wagon, life jackets, and even several coolers!!! We were very sad to leave. The only thing else I would mention is that it’s definitely not disability accessible- we got our work outs in on the stairs. But we got used to it by the 3rd or 4th day! If we ever come back to Mexico Beach I would love to come back to the Minty Pearl. It holds a special place in my heart now!
