Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private four-bedroom home features an open floor plan with stunning views of the water throughout, an upscale kitchen, counter-height seating, multiple dining areas, and a living room with Smart TV.
Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and garden tub.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, cozy gas fireplace, laundry area, bonus room with additional living space, ping pong table, Sonos sound system, Nintendo Switch, board games, and free high-speed WiFi.
Incredible outdoor amenities include a private backyard, outdoor dining and lounge areas, 17 foot long swim spa, built-in fire pit, BBQ grill, onsite parking, and keyless access.
This property is a strict no smoking property. Smoking is not permitted indoors or outdoors. If you are caught smoking your reservation may be cancelled and you will have to leave the property immediately. Any charges due to a smoke smell will be added as a fee.
