Le plan d'étage ouvert permet de divertir facilement ou de se détendre dans les meubles confortables. Une grande terrasse avec vue à 180 degrés sur la ville, Cascades et le MT Rainier est équipée d'un barbecue.
Cuisine bien aménagée pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner.
Vous trouverez des épices, du café, du thé et d'autres bases pour vous aider à démarrer. La salle à manger peut accueillir 10-12 personnes.
La grande chambre des maîtres vous invite à vous détendre dans le lit king-size, à regarder la télévision ou à admirer la vue.

Fantastic Place in Great Location!

This is a gorgeous property. So convenient, and views for miles. What I loved best, though, is the comfort. The layout was great for our group, and we easily transitioned between the room off the kitchen, the outside deck, and the living room. Lots of comfy seating, with an abundance of pillows and ulta-soft throw blankets, so that everyone could have their own brand of "cozy" in front of the fire while we caught up with each others' lives.The owners stopped by and were so helpful in giving us a layout of the area restaurants, markets, etc., and prompt in replying to messages after booking.We thoroghly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for letting us rent your home!

This is our 2nd time renting this incredible home for a family gathering and here's why we'll ALWAYS rent here for any future gatherings. 1) Terry the owner is so generous, flexible and responsive, and responds promptly to all communication. 2) The home: WOW!! Words can't describe how beautiful it is and the views are stunning. The spaciousness & beauty was very special and created a wonderful setting for all of us to truly relax and connect & to feel like we'd been transported to a magical setting. Great Views!

Terry and Glen were great hosts and the property was clean and comfortable with fantastic views of the shipyard, downtown Seattle and the mountains in the distance. We would definitely rent this home again!

super location--great house

A 4 night stay with our grandchildren. The location was perfect to easily get to downtown Seattle while giving us many close by dining choices. the home was spacious and well equipped. The owners were helpful and gracious. Would definitely stay here again--thanks for the perfect weather too!!

Amazing home

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home. The house itself had plenty of space with many amenities. The patio was amazing and was where we spent most of our time. The view of the city on one side and Mt. Reinier on the other was amazing. We were there on July 4th and got to see fireworks over the city. The location was great and a short drive to the Space Needle and T-Mobile Park. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Seattle.

Lovely place!

The house was perfect for our stay and we really enjoyed it - great location close to family in Alki, large, clean house with beautiful deck/view. Photos are very accurate. Communication with the owner was super easy/responsive via text. We met her upon check-in (she was checking on cleaning/dropping off some things for the house) and gave us great restaurant recommendations and info on the area. Would love to stay there again! Note: there is a separate 1st floor unit but no one was staying there while we were. Not sure if it's usually rented or not. Could confirm in advance with owner.

My family of 7 had THE BEST time staying at this property. The views were breathtaking. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home was very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, cooking equipment, and spices. There were plenty of linens, both for the bath and the bedrooms. We were extremely comfortable throughout our stay, and only minutes away from all the fun things Seattle has to offer. If we travel back to Seattle, we will stay at this property again. Terry was excellent with communication and made us feel very welcome. 10/10 all the way around!!

I was born and raised in Seattle and have had the good fortune to travel to see other places and I always seem to come back to this beautiful place. I believe you will love it too and I will do my best to make sure you have a beautiful home away from home to enjoy your vacation.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Called City View for it's amazing views of the mountains harbor and the city. The views and location to the city, beaches and mountains make this property stand out.. Water Taxi to the city, Scuba, kayak, paddle board off the beach, cycle, skateboard, and other activities just 5 minutes away at Alki Beach... Or just 8 minutes to downtown to local award winning restaurants, theatre and sports.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are 8 minutes to the City and Stadiums by car. Or 10 to 20 minutes by bus to downtown or the Space Needle, 5 minutes to Alki beach. Take the wagon, chairs and towels and head down to the beach. Sit back at the local pub and have a cold one with the beach in front of you, the mountains to the left and a view of the city to your right. Absolutely stunning views from everywhere you go on the peninsula of West Seattle.
