Welcome to your 2,700 sq. ft. Craftsman retreat, just 10 minutes from downtown Seattle and 5 minutes from Capitol Hill, the International District, and Pioneer Square. With nearby shops, cafés, and Judkins Park within walking distance, this home blends urban convenience with cozy charm.
Unwind in the fully fenced backyard, where a brick fire pit invites late-night chats and marshmallow roasting. Inside, five plush, hotel-grade queen beds ensure restful sleep for every guest. With stylish furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, and thoughtful amenities, this home is the perfect space for family gatherings, friend trips, or city adventures.
