DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Sunshine Daydream is right on the edge of bustling downtown Bend. You can walk anywhere downtown in just a few minutes. This is a small pocket neighborhood full of vintage craftsman homes and small cottage businesses. McMenamins is 3 blocks in one direction and Downtown Deschutes Brewery is 3 blocks in the other direction. If you want to be downtown...this is the home for you! The Old Mill, Mirror Pond, and Deschutes River all are so close... and of course Mt Bachelor is just 30 minutes up the road.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This is a fully rejuvenated 1 bedroom home. You'll sleep soundly in the queen bedroom. There is a blackout blind in the queen bedroom as well as a nicely sized closet and ceiling fan. In the living room, you'll find a full sized pull out couch, perfect for kiddos or a smaller person. Extra blankets and pillows are provided.

MODERN BATHROOM WITH EXTRA DEEP SOAKING TUB
The completely refreshed bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower with a modern and extra deep soaking tub. You'll see a bit of the home's original brick chimney here as well. Fresh and fluffy white towels are provided. You'll also find some beach towels if you are headed to the river.

HEATING & COOLING
This historic home has a modern mini split heat pump system that provides A/C and heat year round. The overhead mini split is located in the living room and serves this entire tiny home. The queen bedroom also has a ceiling fan and there are cadet heaters throughout the home if you need a bit of additional heating.

OUTDOOR SPACES & SALT WATER HOT TUB
Enjoy a xericaped backyard with patio and salt water hot tub! Propane BBQ and outdoor dining table makes it so easy to enjoy days in downtown Bend. A dip in the saltwater hot tub is the perfect way to start and end your day too.

PARKING
Feel free to use the 2 dedicated parking spots next to the home during your stay. This home is on an alley so there is no street parking in front or back of the home.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home rests where downtown and Old Bend meet, a lovely mixed neighborhood of residences and small businesses. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the spaces, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors.
