Nouvellement construit mi ranch siècle dispose de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains avec un king size divan-lit dans le grand salon. 6 couchages. Accueil est de 4 blocs de Newport marché et 10-15 minutes à pied en centre-ville Bend. Il suffit de marcher quelques pâtés de maisons vers le bas de la colline et vous serez sur Newport Ave, où vous pourrez profiter de nombreux côté ouest restaurants préférés de Bend et de cafés.

Cette maison d'architecture dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec de hauts plafonds, fenêtres imposantes et des finitions de qualité tout au long.

Surface habitable a Cuir américaine (haute qualité) king size canapé et des chaises confortables qui entourent la cheminée à gaz et grande télévision 60 "HD pour se détendre le soir après une journée sur les pistes.

Cuisine gastronomique a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour manger dans. Tous les appareils en acier inoxydable de marque nouvelle, une grande batterie de cuisine, Vita-Mix pour votre smoothie matin et plus ..

Salle à manger peut accueillir 6. Des portes qui sortent sur le patio couvert pour avoir du recul après le dîner et se détendre sur la terrasse arrière coulissante ... Retour terrasse dispose de chaises longues pour 6 et un barbecue au gaz de qualité commerciale.

Mobilier de qualité feront de votre séjour dans la maison de Portland aussi confortable que possible.

Immense chambre principale possède tout nouveau lit king size, literie haut fil de comptage, dressing et coin salon. Arrêt de la chambre des maîtres est une grande salle de bains principale.

La deuxième chambre a des plafonds voûtés, grand placard et nouveau lit queen size avec literie haut fil de comptage.

Ceci est une nouvelle marque maison, située sur le côté ouest de Bend et à proximité de tout. Vous pouvez vraiment garer la voiture et marcher partout.

Perfect home base in Bend

This was our third stay at this home, and once again it was the perfect choice. The home is beautiful, functional, comfortable, and very conveniently located. Honestly, we would be happy to just move in. Paula is a fantastic host, and check-in and communications are easy.

Cozy, Clean and Close to everything!

We loved everything about this house, it has everything you need and more & feels like being at home, only better! Easy walk to parks, coffee, restaurants and shops! 30 min to the mountain and you can see deer in the backyard! Paula was a great host, very thoughtful and friendly, we'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location with Incredible Amenities!

Mt. Bachelor was the main reason for our trip, and it absolutely delivered. The skiing was fantastic—great snow, beautiful runs, and easy access from where we stayed. Really enjoyed my time here. The location is excellent and downtown was close enough to walk to and explore at my own pace, which I appreciated. I love walking, and this spot made that easy, whether it was heading to the city center or just enjoying nearby parks and local streets.The amenities were a standout—modern, clean, and everything thoughtfully arranged. I also found a few great restaurants nearby, with plenty more options once I got into town. It struck a great balance between peaceful and accessible. If you’re someone who enjoys walking and likes having the flexibility to explore on foot, this place hits the mark.

An Absolute Gem in Bend!

This home has everything you could want in a luxury VRBO. The kitchen is well appointed and beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is ideal. Our Mother/Daughter weekend was fabulous! I have stayed in the smaller apartment on the property before, so knew the host was amazing and leaves you nothing to want for. We will be back!

Best rental in Bend

I was so excited to stay at this home just from the pictures and property description when we booked. Once I saw it in person I was beyond pleased. It was even better than the already beautiful pictures. Paula was amazing and very responsive if needed. This will be the only place we will stay when renting in Bend! We look forward to our next vacation here!

Bend House

We had a wonderful time and loved the house. It was well stocked with amenities. Close to the downtown district and grocery store. We like to prepare our own meals, so staying in a place with a nice kitchen was great.

A great house in a convenient location

With a modern aesthetic and easy layout, this was a perfect setting for our 2 week "remote working from Bend" retreat. We walked everywhere with great local restaurants and downtown just a bit further away.

Very Clean Great place to stay for surgery recovery

Due to surgery recovery cleanliness was the most important thing we looked for in a place to stay. We appreciated how quiet and relaxing the house was. four deer came to visit in the backyard. this was extremely relaxing to watch through the big beautiful windows.

Beautiful and peaceful home

I have stayed in roughly 20 short term rentals. This home is in the top few in terms of the quality of the house itself and everything inside. Great shower in MBR, kitchen very well supplied, wonderful outdoor sitting area for our morning coffee and evening wine. There are several walkable restaurants as well as the Newport Market as long as you don’t mind climbing a hill back up (we did not). Paula is an excellent host who was quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for hikes and restaurants. Loved her place and Bend in general.

Best Stay, EVER!

We just spent the most amazing long weekend in this magnificent property. It would be hard to over state just how wonderful this property was. The host, Paula, has done an incredible job creating a really relaxing and welcoming environment. The property itself is really beautiful and it has a glorious garden and patio to the rear with outdoor seating. Paula has thoughtfully provided all the amenities you may need. The location was perfect! Everything that Bend has to offer is within easy walking distance. Paula, thanks so much for a really incredible stay in your beautiful property. Bend Golf Week

We loved our stay at Paula's beautiful home. Check-in was a breeze, the house was exactly as described, and amenities were great. We loved the private patio and gas grill. The home is well-appointed, comfortable, and had everything to make our 6-night stay feel like home. The snacks (water, coffee, trail mix) were an added bonus. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery, and outdoor activities. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic modernist place

This house is very modern and well appointed. It's the kind of place where I would like to live and the appointments are all first rate. We stayed there for a couple of days skiing at Mt. Bachelor. The drive was easy and markets and such were easily accessible. The owner was very gracious and accommodating. We will be staying here again when we are back in the area.

Great place for a family vacation

I traveled to Bend with my husband and two toddlers and River West was a perfect place for us to stay. The house has a lot of amenities in the kitchen as well as a few toys for the kids (which was a delightful surprise). The house was modern and clean and the fixtures and appliances seemed close to new. I also appreciated that the bedrooms had shades, as many homes on VRBO don't. I would definitely stay here again.

Bend had it all-road cycling, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, back-country skiing, hiking, not to mention a scenic setting!

Now relocated in Bend, we spend most of our time on the trails and enjoying our Oregon roots.
