Soft ocean breezes drift across the gulf-view decks as you step outside, the sound of waves carrying through the air even from a short walk away. Mornings unfold gently here, whether you savor coffee on an open deck or wander toward the shoreline for a slow start to the day. As daylight settles into evening, the fenced backyard and fire pit offer a quiet space to unwind beneath the sky.

Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house sleeps up to 8 guests, offering a layout designed for both gathering and privacy. On the ground level, a bedroom with a daybed and trundle provides two twin beds just steps from the outdoor pool area. The mid-level features a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, storage, and a smart TV, along with a shared full bath with double vanities and a tub-shower combo.

Outdoor living
Just 300 steps from the beach, the outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy coastal air throughout the day. Two gulf-view decks offer places to relax or prepare easy meals on the gas BBQ grill. The fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit. A private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours, with an optional heating service from October to March for an additional fee. An outdoor shower adds convenience after time on the sand.

Kitchen & dining
Located on the top floor, the open living area brings the kitchen, dining table for six, and bar seating for four together beneath gulf views. The kitchen includes cooking basics and essential appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker, giving you everything needed for meals at home.

Comfort & amenities
The home includes central air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace in a common space. A free washer and dryer in-unit, bed linens, towels, and other essentials support both short and extended stays. Entertainment features include a 75 inch HDTV with standard cable, board games, and family-friendly items such as a crib, Pack 'n Play, baby safety gates, and children's books and toys. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, exterior security cameras on the property, and a RING doorbell camera at the front entrance.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly home welcomes pets with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. The fully fenced backyard provides outdoor space for pets to enjoy.

Neighborhood
Set within the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home places you close to sandy shores, local eateries, and nearby destinations including Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas. Beach access is nearby, and the area offers walking paths and coastal views throughout.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
